Dauriemar JInform them it takes regular gas & location of the gas tank (it is hidden by driver's door & how to open it); you have to turn on the headlights (not automatic like cars)& where that is(I had to Google it to find it.). Where & how to operate emergency brake(It is a push button? Not on the floor?)This would be helpful & informative to those of us, who do not drive trucks. Thank you 😊!

Marcksen DThe actual vehicle drive went fine. However, upon receiving the vehicle noticed that it needed both windshield wipers as the current ones did nothing went turned on. Mentioned this to office and the only offer was towels in th erestroom to clean off the windscreen. It was covered with bug residue. When returning vehicle the evening of 23 May 26, I attached a note to the keys placed in the drop box with the following info. * TPM warning on Dash * Driver's door weather stripping was damaged resulting in a lot of wind noise, even at slower speeds * The roof seemed to make a lot of banging while driving as if it was coming apart * Parking Brake handle was not in it's normal position was way off alignment with the cutoff slot for handle * Cabin had lots of sand on the floor, cleaned this upon my return Noted during the drive Staff was Friendly and helpful. So do not fasult them with vehicle condition, just appeared it eas not checked and cleaned upon previous rental return before releasing to another customer. This happens but would rent from theis location again.

Dixon FThe truck itself was cleaned and good, but the ramp to get in the truck was not the right ramp, it was way to short for a 26' truck maken loading heavy things in it very difficult. One of my helpers lost there footing and slipped and fell.

CARLOS PI’ve been here twice and both times my interactions have been top notch. Customer service is exceptional, pick up is quick and drop off is easy.
Justin KThoroughly test all systems and equipment connections before sending it away with the customer! After spending a full day packing the 26 ft truck and loading up car on the dolly, it was discovered that the new (only 8,000 miles on odometer) truck had an electrical problem connecting with the dolly lights. We had to drive it all an hour away to a Uhaul depot for repair. We lost a full day of travel, added all the extra miles and bought additional gas at $4.50/gallon.
