After the gas station clerk made it clear that he had nothing to do with U-Haul, I did some research and found that it was a self-service process. Perhaps he could have let me know that, or someone let him know, because I thought I was at the wrong location at first. But it all worked out in the end, and I was impressed by U-Haul's secure self-service drop-off and convenient location offers.

The person who was working was very unhelpful and rude. I spent an hour trying to access the key unaware that the lock was on the back of the truck. When I asked for help, the attendant spent maybe a minute trying to access the key in the wrong box then left. The support system also took 15 minutes between each response. When I did finally get ahold of someone on the phone, they were incredibly helpful and made the whole experience better.
Molly JHad problems with the app. Totally locked up on me and would not allow me to take pictures of the truck before my trip. I had to call to get help. Not a fan of the app.
Stephen LMy truck was not ready for over an hour after the scheduled pickup. I did not receive the appliance dolly I had reserved. I believe I am owed $50.
CHRISTOPHER GCustomer service was kind of good but so many people tried to explain something different, long story short, I spent hours and hours to get the truck, was completely impossible to get a key from the locker bcs I never get a code. Also people at BP gas station location didn’t know how everything works, they don’t speak English but they are in charge…… at the end I cancelled reservation and waiting for my money back. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Zadie LThe only thing, that was an inconvenience, was, I never received, the code to the lock….. the app, never sent the code. After I was done checking in. And got done, completing the final process.
