Customer service was kind of good but so many people tried to explain something different, long story short, I spent hours and hours to get the truck, was completely impossible to get a key from the locker bcs I never get a code. Also people at BP gas station location didn’t know how everything works, they don’t speak English but they are in charge…… at the end I cancelled reservation and waiting for my money back. Worst experience ever!!!!!
