Update your system and make it user friendly . I returned the truck in 2 and a half hours and you could so 24 hours as the lease for it. It took the employee a while just to find my account. I'm still not convinced the money is going g back to my account as it is suppose too.danny B.
The Phil Market was great. They did a great job of taking care of me, even though this was not the original drop off site. The original drop off site was the Stop N Shop at 16471 HWY 72 N, Loudon, TN. The Stop N Shop refused to accept my drop off and provide NO help. The STOP N SHOP was a horrible experience. I would suggest removing their franchise license. Though my address is within 5 min. of the Stop N Shop, I will never go there for anything in the future. Based on their refusal of accepting my scheduled drop location, I have thought about NEVER using Uhaul again. In addition, I was charge a mileage fee for being over mileage when I had to drive extra to get to the other location.Lane P.
They didn't know what they were doing and the lights on the trailer didn't work right and they wanted us to change trailers but me and my son could barely lift it onto the ball and there was no way we were doing it again!!!!!! The trailers should have jacks on them as heavy as they are and someone working for you should help with the trailers and go over them with you before you leave.patricia H.

Have the location be prepared for mobile check-in during closed business hours. This location did not have the truck ready for me. My requested pick-up time of 7:30 wasn't met because of this issue. I wasn't able to get even start my mobile pick up on the app until after 8, didnt pull out of the parking lot until 8:30. Other than that miscommunication error, I was very pleased with the cleanliness and smooth drive of the uhaul I rented.Julie B.
They truck was Absolutely Filthy. No one had checked if before we picked it up. Our furniture and mattress's got so dirty. I was fuming. It also had a wood pallet and other miscellaneous trash in it. We had to have a 26 foot truck that day for moving. It took us about a half an hour to try to clean the mud and dirt out. Certainly could not get it all.Daniel E.

The truck had quite a bit of dry mud when we first opened it and they charged me for the biggest truck you could get, and the truck I got was a medium size. I had to pay more then I think I needed to pay and when I called to talk to the one in charge one if there workers answered and got really hateful with me and just hung up the phone. Rural area off of I-75; close to the exit and easy to gas and go. Friendly staff, easy to get a U-haul vehicle in and out. Overall a very good experience.CHRIS C.
They didn't even have anyone there who knew how to operate the computer they helped countless other people while I was standing there 20 minutes before any of them arrived and was trying to get the uhaul. Oh the owners of the store also run a drug infested shit whole about 3 miles up the road. Great place to never fo to again I'm pretty sure I'll be going through penski or whoever's else I can find after this experience. Oh I've also rent from you all multiple time oh well.Lewis K.
Well, first off I reserved a truck close to my residence so that I wouldn't accrue higher miles. But uhaul changed my pick up location to a farther one. Second, the pick up location had computer problems which caused my movers to wait an additional hour, which I had to pay for. Then I get my receipt from uhaul and I got charged for additional miles due to the drop off location being farther away. Needless to say I'm. It very happy. The last moving experience I had with uhaul didn't go well either. Very disappointed. Carl MaskewCarl M.
The location's internet connection was so slow that it literally took 35 minutes to check-out online, even though I had provided all my information when I made my reservation. Each page really took about 10 minutes to load.CHRIS J.

I had to wait for the computer to be turned on in the middle of the afternoon. The man did not know the computer system delaying my time. Not offered any help hooking up the trailer or inspecting it. When I returned the trailer the young man also had to start the computer and not familiar with the program. Too much time wasted both picking up and returning.William T.
The owner of the gas station doesnt actually handle it even tho he was trained. An older guy that works the gas station is having to rent them out and he hates it says he doeant get paid for doing it and shouldnt have to. He cussed and fussed and it took an hour just to rent out and 30 minutes to return and that was after he called owner to walk us thru it as i did what i could on computer due to employee saying he doeant do computers. So very rude and takes too much time. Truck was dirty and stinky inside as he says he doesnt have time to clean anything and lots of scraped and dents and transmission isnt working properly isnt shifting right so its winds way up and just hafta apply gas pedal quite a bit to goheidi L.
1. I was quoted by Robin on 6/17 when I reserved my trailer for upgrade to 5x8 for $71. When I picked up, I wasn't given the quoted price. I had to talk to 3 different U Haul representatives on the phone before I was allowed the quoted price. This was a major hassle after haven driven 8 hours that day before picking up the trailer. 2. At pick up I was pointed the trailer out the window. No help was offered to set up/hook up. No one came out to make sure everything was ok.james H.

I took the equipment to the Stop & Shop in Loudon TN per your instructions and was met by the most unfriendly hostile woman that I have ever encountered. They are not even a U Haul location anymore The place in Philadelphia TN was the complete opposite Friendly Courteous and Eager to help I highly recommend them as a Premier Uhaul DealerEdward Z.

I was very disappointed with the cost of the uhaul. The advertisements elude to a way cheaper price. I was expecting to pay a little over $20 and ended up paying $110.Kylia S.
It was the Sweetwater Uhaul that did all the work. His dolly had a bad bearing and he found a dolly at the Philly location. Tommy in Sweetwater Tennessee is great. I would recommend Uhaul to everyone.thomas O.

The folks there could not have been more helpful and professional. Computer was very slow on UHaul wedsite and that should be rectified by corporate. No fault at all of the folks at Phila Market. Highly recommend this vendor.Daryl C.
Rented the dolly 2 days ago at 1:00, around 11:45 while I was trying to sleep because I work night shift I was called and told I had to get the dolly back to the store. Not only was I called once but 2 times in a roll. When I did get there at 12:15 I was charged for another day that I didn't use the dolly. Just because it was 15 minutes late. I will not ever get another thing from this location.JIM K.
