This was just a U-Haul equipment deposit location, not an actual U-Haul so it didn't have the niceties like my local U-Haul store which carries packing material, locks, moving blankets, etc. However, the person I spoke with was prompt and helpful and the equipment was well maintained. As a whole there's little that could have been improved other than being an actual U-Haul owned store with more equipment and related moving supplies.
