The owner was not welcoming. His attitude was unpleasant. He also did not put the correct number of days in the contract. He put in 2 days but my reservation was for 3 days. I was very displeased with this location and will be writing reviews to warn others of his tricks. Will never use this place again.

CHRISTOPHER MThe truck was basic and it was clean. However the tires were a concern. I had a light come and a message saying that tire maintenance on tires was needed from the moment I got into truck. I brought it to a gas station to add air to tires, followed the directions to fill it accurately . After put air into tires the light did not go off. I returned to the pickup location and asked for another vehicle. they said there was no other vehicles available. I was concerned I would have an issue with the truck with the delivery we needed to make. I brought the truck back immediately and luckily I did not experience a flat tire or blowout issue on the 40 mile trip. In the future I will be sure to insist on a different care when lights come on the dashboard of a rented car. A different car should have been offered and given to me , that was not the case.

NICHOLAS PWe were supposed to do a self-check in using the UHaul app, but U-Haul did not prepare the vehicle properly in advance and so we were delayed 40 minutes waiting to check-in at the rental location (which also opened 15 minutes past its opening time), which is super disappointing for us and cost us precious moving time.

SUSANA MEasy drop off, went in and told them I was dropping off a trailer. They asked if there was any problems with it and if I had any troubles. Then told me to drop it off around back and there was someone waiting around the building to guide me to where they wanted it placed. Got the message about 2 minutes after leaving that it was returned and everything worked out smooth.

HENRYXAVIER RWe ordered a 15’ truck, got there and checked in on our phone. We were given a code for the lock box, retrieved the key and was told to go to a truck given a number and location of the truck. Went to that truck and the key didn’t work for it. I texted the help option in the check in starting key wasn’t started the truck. Looked around the lot and the number on the key matched another truck in the lot but not the number we were given or the location of the truck that we were given. We tried the other truck and the key worked. However this truck was a 10’ truck, no ramp. Caused issues for us as it was smaller than we had ordered. Had to get help from friends that we weren’t planning on needing last minute. This was my first time using uhaul and it was an awful experience. The fact that there wasn’t a number displayed on the check in to call for assistance didn’t help. This then caused issues at drop off. Overall not a good experience at all

Randolph KThis location has limited in-person hours. The self check-out app is horrible. It took 45 minutes to check the vehicle out because the app was so glitchy. It kept going back to the beginning, not registering information and pictures that were input. We called 1-800-Uhaul for assistance and were put on hold for 15 minutes and then got hung up on. The person responding to the live chat eventually helped process the check-out, however no one was available through live-chat when we returned the truck. It took us another 20 minutes to go through the return process using the app. My phone had 4 bars. I don't know why the service was so bad with this app but I would not use it again!
Rosemarie HThe customer service at the location was rude and obnoxious. It was also full of broken glass on the back of the truck that was supposed to be cleaned out. The brakes need to be changed and the transmission seems to be slipping.

SAM ADid not have a good experience with this location. Will not rent from them again. Found them to be very unprofessional and unpleasant. Although I had an appointment, I was ignored and priority was given to their beer customers, making me wait a very long time to be attended.
