Alan FrancarioTook an extra $127 off of my card and is lying saying that I didn’t fill the tank back up and I drove 100 miles when I only drove 35 and brung it back on full. Need a refund and no one will help. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Janice WalkerMy online experience was horrible. Poor APP connectivity. I had to call the online rep and I was on hold for about 40 mins. Wasted my time. The online rep was the best!!! The cargo area in the truck wasn't swept very well. Lots of dust on the floor. I only moved lots of balloons in a large bag so I didn't have a broom to sweep it throughly. Very minor issue.

GARYDOUGLAS KEMPMy reservation was supposed to be mobile pickup. I arrived for my pickup - manager was there and he leaves for lunch while I’m trying to start the mobile process- little did I know that I would have to wait an hour for him to return so I could get the key. If he wants to do hand delivery there should not be an option for mobile pickup

Piers HenschelI waited in line over 15 minutes. It took me over 30 minutes to get rental due to system malfunctioning. But the representative was very courteous. He apologized for the delay and got assistance from another representative in another city. An average rate due to the long wait.
Virginia PlumppDuring normal times the review would be at least a 3 and a half or 4 but since they seemed to not be following the guidelines by the CDC, my review is negative. Other than some 6' signs on the floor I noticed nothing else directed to Covid protection at this location.

Brian EvansI refilled the tank to just below 3/8ths of a tank (just like I got it). I was at 1/4 of tank when I went to the gas station. I followed the instructions by pumping 4 gallons (in fact I put in 4.25 gallons) and the gauge showed just a tiny bit below 3/8ths. You charged me over 9 dollars for what I can’t imagine was more than 1 gallon of gas. You should issue vehicles with a full tank and expect them back with a full tank. Your policy causes customers to give you free gas (just to be safe) or you rip them off if they are just a hair under. Ridiculous
Joseph KingWe picked the truck up from Chester Location.we was told by clerk the return location back to her location.we told her we going to Alexandria Va. did it online.drop off suppose be Alexandria Va. she told us she cannot change it. All we had do is call 800 number tell them.when we call we got run around from customers service. Now they Want charge us extra because drop was wrong. Teach your people policy. So everyone talking same policy and guidelines.so customers don’t have headaches about the process.

Ive never had a problem with uhaul before. But i think with them having these little subsidiaries handle business in their name is a big mistake.

Robert WilliamsMake it clear to your customers that you charge by the mile on the $19.95 deal. I thought my bill as quoted online would be $34.37. I turns out for 6 hours moving within the same County my bill came to $ 109 because I had 65 miles. I would have asked for a bigger unit. I was the only person in the place and had to wait almost 45 minutes for the transaction to take place even after reserving online because the System was so slow. This cut into my time for moving. I called the toll free number upon returning the vehicle, after I found out it was $109 was transferred to the regional Office in Colonial Heights, Va. The agent on the phone was Shantell, she was very short & not helpful. I asked her for the Corporate phone number and she said she didn't have it and transferred me back to the Toll free number. I will not be using U-Haul in the future. I am determined to contact your Corporate Offices in Phoenix.

And charged me 179 which they said was 156 which the website said 152. Then didn't have the U-Haul I wanted. I want my $23.43 back please

Jeremy TooleThe computer was very slow. When Bonnie called for assistance the uhaul girl had an attitude. Moving is stressful and coming to get a truck should be quick and easy but it was not. The staff at aaaa storage were nice and helped me get a good rate eventhough or was more then I wanted to spend.
