Davut BThe employee wouldn't rent me the vehicle I wanted, saying it was taken, yet it was still there when I returned a couple hours later. Due to this, the job I was doing ended up being more difficult, and a lot more time & money. I couldn't use the original location I needed, due to having a box truck. He literally cost be an extra $35. He was not friendly and had no care of the extra stress, time & money he cost me. I've never been treated this way at other uhaul locations. Would never recommend this location!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
JULIE HThe first time I rented from this location, he decided to just add Safe Move coverage and I did not notice until my final bill was emailed to me. The second time around he tried the same thing again and when I asked him why he felt to change my order and charge my CC even before I got there, his reply was ( you were on your way and I did not change the bill). I had to find the email showing the detailed charges and prove to him he was lying, with a dumb look on his face he had to admit his wrongdoing and fix it. The truck started to shake when you drove over 10 MPH and was not clean, due to a time crunch I just went for it and pushed through, at this location you have to lift and connect your trailer by yourself and pull up your own trucks and later on park them back in the field (he is trying to run a convenience store and Uhaul with not sufficient manpower)
Stephen DThe location is perfect for Fuquay or Holly Springs. The truck was well maintained. Pick up was very easy and fast. Bryan the Associate that helped me, was excellent!! Friendly, fast, and just so down to earth. That’s hard to find these days.

Julie BI was charged $1.09 per mile instead of the standard $.89 because it was a Saturday. This was not pointed out to me, and although I had 93 miles of travel, $169 is a whole Lotta money for a days rental in my opinion. I was not happy about this

jason gThis location saved me but the first location 105 Dickens rd in Fuquay Varina should not be aloud to carry or represent U-Haul a complete failure. Not only did they have the trucks mislabeled for headquarters to not show 24/7 but the manager couldn’t be reached even by headquarters!! I should be free in charges after being 3 hours behind schedule…. Oh and the man here at location 2201 said this happens all the time especially on weekends and he gets all the turnovers lol somebody do something about that it’s totally unprofessional

jason gTake away their franchise and close this location. The person on duty was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Refused to accept my return of a 5x8 trailer, saying his lot was full when there were clearly several open spaces. Never stopped looking at his phone long enough to have a real conversation. Forced me to go to a different location where the service was almost as bad. Will never be back.

Kfir YLocation was great. Staff was great. Uhaul website is abysmal. Changed the pickup location, didn't transfer order correctly to the location and generally didn't get anything right. Why have a website at all when you can't get anything correct? Uhaul is bailed out by the staff working this pickup locations. I would not recommend uhaul.com to anyone.

Kyra CI have rent from several different locations and from this particular location multiple times and I can say the operator at this location has always made it an easy transaction and has actually made the reservation for me on several occasions. They always call me an hour before my rental to verify that I am still coming. Great service

Michael SIt's a was to much money. Started around 1.00 pm and came back to drop off location around 4:12pm and was charged around $69.00 or more.
Rena CAfter reviewing my final bill, I noticed the operator of the location decided to add the safe mover insurance to my rental even though I declined it online. And then the 6 x 12 trailers are heavy to lift up and place on the ball. Definitely will not be recommending.

Shaun MAlthough this location had the equipment I needed, there was no one there that was willing to help me with my rental. I had to repeatedly ask for help, but they said they could not help. I have rented at other locations with the same set up (part of another business) and never been refused help to understand the equipment.

RAYMUNDO RUsual was filthy and covered in dirt. The bag of the truck smelled like rotting wood. And the constant attempts to get me to spend more money are absurd. Lastly the approval process when picking up a U-Haul took forever. Screening should be done before pick up.

Demario RThe gentlemen who took care of me after I returned U-Haul charged me 4 gallons of gas surcharge, when I returned the truck with the same amount of gas I borrowed it with. Not to mention I only put 17 miles on it the whole trip, and they charged me for 4 gallons, as if I burned through 4 gallons going 17 miles.. I want a refund for the gas surcharge.

Daniel DWhen I booked the rental I was quoted $42. When I went to get rental I had to pay double. Was not happy at all. The worker himself was great yet uhaul is very misleading. Will not recommend uhaul to anyone. Again the worker was awesome. Location was convenient pickup truck clean. Pricing very miss leading booked online.

Ivan PAfter doing all check-in and payment on line to speed up picking up trailer - VERY slow - store operators said UHAUL computer system was down. Took 4 times as long as it should have. Trailer worked OK on the road, but looked like it was coming apart. Peeling decals, metal piece missing on the front etc. Checking in after use, owner said he was" too busy because he had another customer", and was sarcastic. Poor customer interaction and service.
Gary CCargo van was not cleaned, lots of dog hair was on the seats. There is an issue with the driver side door, wind and noise entering into the van through the door and shaking the van on the highways. I called roadside assistance but received no help. The guy at the location intentionally entered incorrect return time and charged me for an extra day.
Pradeep KIt’s actually a lot more expensive than I realized. Equipment was serviceable, but not necessarily clean. The environment fee is questionable and not appreciated, it’s basically like another hidden tax.
