Truck went into limp mode.... very frustrating but luckily it started and ran fine for the remaining 8 miles I needed it for after giving it a free minutes. Truck was extremely rough which I expect in a bigger truck but it was excessive at times. Didn’t overheat in 2+ hr standstill traffic which was nice.

It appears to be a husband and wife team running the business in a sketchy part of town. The man doesn't understand the Uhaul paperwork and the wife is not working on site. He has to call her and you have to give her your information, including your credit card, over the phone. This did not make me feel comfortable at all, especially on a one-way cross-country rental charging thousands of dollars to my credit card. I made the man re-do the paperwork becauase it wasn't signed properly and he didn't have the truck inspected and had not noted all the prior damage including scrapes, dents, scratches, etc., which could have left us liable for damages.

This person did not even have an office. He was doing everything over his phone. This is a road side tire store that does not even have a lobby. The man was sitting out side in a plastic chair. seemed kind of shoddy dropping off the truck and not even getting a receipt or anything from the man.

I had several problems locating the equipment I had reserved and paid for. First reservation had to be changed to an alternate location, then upon calling the location the told me they didn't have the equipment. I had to call and get a different reservation at a location over an hour farther than what I needed to go. I was able to pick it up at that location and after that my experience was good.
