PJ's Mechanical pickup site was outstanding and I very, very highly recommend it. It was the behaviour of the online and telephone booking people that I found absurd and completely unprofessional. After I had booked and PAID for my trailer online, I was told by the person who I spoke to for confirmation that the trailer really wasn't available and I would have to pick it up two hours away from Regina. When I insisted this wasn't an option, the agent finally, miraculously, found that the trailer I had booked was indeed available in Regina. The next day when I actually spoke to the owner/manager of the pickup location, I discovered the central booking system people had tried to give away the trailer I had booked to another customer. This is despicable and unprofessional. U-Haul, do a better job at your central offices!Jose D.

When I booked the man I talked to (should have wrote down name) was NOT knowledgeable. Told me they had 3 available here, took my first name wrong & said I could pick it up at 7:30 as they open at 7. 2 hrs later I got a call saying NONE available at this site so moved me to another location. Went there at 7:15 & this location NOT open until 9. Called in to change locations to a site that was opening at 8. All was excellent at this new location as he came early. You need to train your csr to listen better & pay attention. He told me I should have a dual truck for a 6x12 trailer. I have a 2500 4x4. I didn't need the hirer insurance as the trailers were not worth over 5,000 dollars. I didn't listen to him & upgraded my insurance Thanks again to the excellent service at my new (after 3 changes) location.Loraine C.

Make sure tie down ratchets and trailer hydraulic are greased and oiled. Friendly staff and quick service. Online did not charge Provincial sales tax so even though I already paid online I was required to pay again when I got to the location.Mike D.
Wasn't advised that I didn't have any leeway on picking up the vehicle.No one to help when the reservation was cancelled and when we were finished the on line amount for driving 5 miles,yes only 5 miles I am being charged$89.00 for gas.I would like to speak with someone in person about how bad this experience was for me.Had I not had my daughter with me to help I would have not been able to complete all y information on lineedith S.

I had a pick up for 5 pm. I called to confirm that same day. I received a call an hour prior to my pickup and was told my truck was rented and my pickup had to be moved to 8 pm. I have lost my furniture movers that were to come at 6 pm to move my bigger furniture. We couldn't book anyone else and my kids and I had to do this move on our own. The truck needs a good cleaning. It wasn't sanitized went I picked it up. The truck needs a wash inside and out. The gentleman who waited after hours for me to get my truck was very friendly and was apologetic with uhauls downfalls.Tina B.

Shop is completely dirty and in an area that is very unsafe. Vehicle was supposed to be ready for 10am but upon arrival no one was there and we were pushed to 3 pm for pickup. This put our complete move behind at Christmas time.Robert W.
The person was having computer issues, not fault of his own, so he called his manager. His manager kept putting him on hold, told him he would call him back, etc. I was on an extremely tight deadline for moving and I asked for a vehicle pick up for 8am for a reason. It was 915 by the time i was able to leave with the vehicle. We werent even able to get the keys to warm the truck up so we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for everything to warm up.Jenna I.

my experince with this location was great the original uhaul location i booked my rental thru though not so muchDOnald Y.
The location that I set up my pick up for didn't have my truck. They had a problem finding one in my city. I probably won't use uhaul again. This isn't the first time this has happened to meKathleen L.

Why so when you go to post they are gone return truck to first location then get a text different location got to 2nd location its closed no drop off key box then get a call from first location where are you? Does the Winnipeg call center know what they are doing? Had a 1/2 take of in it but had to go to 2 locations to drop it off only had a 1/4 when it was picked up? Better not get charged for it.Debra W.
