The gentleman at Plan B was very helpful and accommodating and helped us find the right person to reach out to when we needed help swapping trucks. The person I really want to praise is Joanna at the 1-800 number. After almost completely loading the 10 ft truck, we realized that we needed a 15 ft truck. Joanna was extremely friendly and compassionate and worked hard to locate a truck and help us transfer our reservation to the new truck. She helped ease a very stressful situation. I consider her our angel! Had it not been for her, our day/move would have been horrible.

Each time we’ve rented, which is twice per season, the trucks are clean, fueled, and ready to go at the time promised, with no bait and switch or “it’s at our other location” song and dance. So Plan B, plan on seeing Kenmont again next summer!!

Arek DI reserved a furniture dolly when I reserved my truck. When I arrived at the location they informed me that they did not have one. This was a problem as I needed it and was expecting it. Someone should have let me know ahead of time that it wasn’t available.
Megan SI clocked my travel on the map and only traveled 30 miles in total. I was charged for 77 miles. That is impossible. I also returned the truck with way more gas than what was in the tank when I started.

Scott CI had reserved a 9 foot van; however, I was not informed by U-haul that the van would not be available. So, I had to take a 10-foot box truck. Which is much less desirable: noisier, harder to maneuver, and worse gas mileage. The staff at Plan B told me that this had been known several days beforehand. If U-haul or Plan B had informed me of this, I would have gone to a nearby U-haul location, who had a van sitting in the parking lot. I was very disappointed in this lack of communication. I specifically reserve vans to avoid the negative box truck experience. I'll have to re-assess using U-haul going forward.

ROBERT FThe left headlight didn't work and the tire pressure light was on. When I went to tell the guy who was in charge he brushed me off. The next day my father went to pick up a trailer from the same guy and told my father I had an attitude when all I said was about the issue with the truck I rented. My father was there the day before with me and did not notice any attitude. Please tell your contracted shops to be more professional when handling business please

WILLIAM HSimply have really good customer service. Very attentive and accommodating. I live in Woodbury Connecticut and within a half a mile I have a authorized U-Haul renter which I do not use. I drive 25 minutes away to use the one in NewMilford at Plan B Tire .

David Ci love the guys at plan b. theyre always fantastic. but holy fuck can you guys get some newer trucks? the truck i had was atleast early 00's or 90's ford. as a mechanic i can tell you (despite no cel on) it had an exhaust leak, a fuel vapor leak(probably fuel pump oring), inner tie rods were shot, headlights were basically unusable. also i doubt anyone will ever get back to me but i think i left my snapon pocket light in the truck.....oh well plan b is fantastic tho. excellent guys and tire shop
