For future customers please make sure the uhaul truck is fully equipped. The ramp on the trucks are a very important piece of equipment and it wasn't available. The inside of the vehicle was damaged on the driver side as well. Overall it was a good experience because I moved my things in a timely matter.

Delando JamesYou're charging me for an extra fee concerning the truck rental for April 29th 2023 saying that I didn't return the truck. On that day while returning this vehicle, I was in an accident which made it undriveable and was towed to dekalb county vehicle lot. This information was provided to your insurance provider and to roadside service. Why are you adding additional fees on me for the vehicle which was undriveable? I did my part by contacting uhaul immediately after it happened. I paid for you people's insurance so why am I being harassed?

Melissa WilliamsThis pick up location was HORRIBLE! When I went at my reservation time the man was not even on the premises. A different man who was very grumpy and RUDE was inside and said the Person in charge of uhaul left and went to home depot. They delayed my task by an hour and a half. The office is small, dirty, and unprofessional. He is using an old computer and takes forever with his process. He even added on insurance fee without even discussing if I wanted to use that or my own insurance. Literally ruined my day going to this place. I like a smooth professional process and this was the complete opposite.
JANAY COLEMANI rented the truck to tow the tow bed and due to the tow bed breaking down I didn’t get to use the truck for the intended purpose. You guys told me to drive the truck back once the tow bed was picked up and don’t worry we will start the process of a full refund. Then had the nerve to reach out to me for 67. I want my full refund of 168 and my 45 I put in for gas due to the malfunctioning. Then your tow truck driver is a liar and posted a picture that was false. When he got to us the Ebrake was not on. If the Ebrake was on the trailer nor the truck would have moved. But the fact that he lyfted it up and put that picture online is disappointing. I knew he was up to something when he took 15 minutes and still hadn’t started the tow. Both of my kid’s caught him with a metal rod in his hand messing with the Ebrake. My experience with you guys was horrible 0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend.

The app wasn't working properly for me to return the truck. I returned it over an hour earlier than expected. Something should be deducted from your bill when this happens

COREY ARNOLDCustomer service was subpar. Talked about charges but couldn’t and wouldn’t explain. Took $100 hold on my card and wouldn’t talk about the process on how’s it’s released or returned once truck was turned in. Just told me very aggressively to read my receipt it explains everything. I will never use this place again nor will I recommend and I will be making sure that others nobody about the poor quality in service and vehicle.

Edith NealNo company answering machine/voicemail. I reserved a dolly/hand-truck with my original reservation. When I arrived I was told they don’t have it. I was sent to another location after being told they called for me and I could go there. This was an additional 15 minutes out of my way in Decatur, Ga. When I arrived, no one knew what I was talking about. They did not have a dolly available, but offered to sell me one for $70. I wasted a lot of time running around at the last minute trying to find a dolly while my movers waited for my return with the truck. I should have been notified prior to my arrival that the equipment I reserved would not be available.
Kimmerly MilnerCalled location to have someone explain charges to my credit card, the gentleman answering the phone was extremely rude and would not assist me with any questions. Unfortunately customer service is 0 with a lot of companies. I have used u-haul a few times within the last month, needless to say I will not visit Platinum Auto on Lithonia Industrial for any service ever again.

Trash in the driving compartment, the cup holder still have very dirty. The back of the truck not clean from the previous person used. Someone need to clean these truck....

The utility dolly I ordered was not available and I was instructed by customer service to go to another location to get it. Customer service did not contact the center ahead of time to arrange for me to pick up the dolly and the agent at the center was rude and nonchalant to my situation. The entire ordeal put me almost 2hr behind schedule for my move.

Make sure your trucks operate safely, regardless to what is repobrothe My brother drove the truck I rented. If I had been the drivet, I would have brought it back. Yes, I needed to move and was all packed and ready to go, but not at the cost of lives. This entire ecperience with Uhaul was my worst and I've used Uhaul for years. It's time to make a different choice. There was no compensation for anything, but the mileage. It was filthy and in ill repair, unsafe to be on the road. Greed!!! All about the dollar, customer service and satisfaction does not factor in in any way. VIP Helpers, Inc was the saving grace of this fiasco and my second time using them.

Arthur SmithThe location was okay but I had a raggedy truck which didn’t drive to good sounds very bad like it didn’t have oil or needed transmission fluid or something it was the worst experience ever it went so slow until I had to keep the truck a extra day because I didn’t wanna drive during traffic I dropped it off late night and I made a video of how horrible the truck was and the speed I feel like I paid way to much for this truck I just had rented from budget 3 weeks ago when I put my things in storage and the price was only 93.00 dollars for two days and I had a 26 foot truck drove the same miles and paid a whole lot less and hassle free I choose U-Haul cause it was closer to were I moved but ended up spending way more and this is my first review I have ever did but I feel like I had to let you no my experience and it was truly horrible the truck was just horrible
