This location provided exceptional service however UHAUL as a rental truck company has lost my future business. My original reservation was booked at a total amount of around 63.00 once I was billed UHAUL charged me over 81.00 because rental insurance was fraudulently added to my rental agreement by a reservations specialist that updated the pickup time on my reservation. I am extremely dissatisfied with UHAUL and will never rent from them again.
