2.5 hrs just to do pickup. The fact that paperwork and equipment are not in same location makes things a pain. Gentlemen processing paperwork at garage was excellent. Everything else about the experience was miserable. Made rental weeks in advance and was still redirected to a location 40 mins drive away. Wouldn't have rented from uhaul in the first place had I known I'd have to drive there. Refund by field manager (She was extremely helpful and polite) was paltry at best. No mention of plugs being old 4 prong style. Required purchase of adapter- upping my cost. Will likely never rent from Uhaul again.BRIAN B.

Uhaul violated it's contract terms with me. On June 20th, 2021, I reserved a 4x8 trailer and paid in full and was issued a date and time to pick it up. I arrive on said date and time only to find out that this dealer does not and has not ever sold trailers or trucks. Uhaul customer service reps caused me a great deal of headache, harming me both financially and mentally. I ended up talking another uhaul rep into lending me an already reserved trailer if I could have it back in 24 hrs. I was charged 2 times during this debacle, and it caused me to drive from Mt. Washington Ky to Cincinnati, Oh and back again just to drop off a trailer. The original agreement in terms was to allow me to use it as a one way destination. Ive never seen a more unprofessional outfit. To date, I have two charges on my account, lots of wasted gas, time and a hotel room all due to a botched reservation and terrible customer support. If Uhaul doesn't make this right, I will pursue a breach of contract suit.CLAYTON R.

The representative told me one thing but wrote the papers up different. I had just been in an accident so I didn't read the papers I just signed the papers. When I did look at them at home it wasn't what he said. It was more money for me to pay. Don't understand why he did that. The truck was filthy.LARRY M.
Technician wasn't professional, first he start to hookup my trailer manually without any tools to help him put the trailer on my hitch and not in flat position, so first, the trailer hits my rare pumper and cause damages to my car. Second, didn't securely attached the trailer so whyI start driving to the driveway, I heard noises and kind of looses, stopped and checked it my self and made firm adjustments to my hitch by my self and he was watching me do it.botros H.
Your on line service really suck. My credit card had to be manually approved. When truck was returned I tried 3 times to do online check in. The u haul site just kept spinning and never worked. If it had not been for Jerry (Ploofs Showtime Auto), I would Never recommend U Haul to anyone.STEPHEN T.

While the place that I got my truck went above and beyond your overall customer service leaves much to be desired. I will not recommend U-Haul to any of my friends except or the place that I picked it up at because I ordered the truck from a different place and they did not even know about it. You changed where I was supposed to get from and you did not inform me about the changes in my reservation I only found out whenever I called to make sure that my truck and equipment was there. Other than the place that I picked it up and the person who was there I am highly disappointed and U-Haul in my overall experience really not just my overall experience everything about it except as I said the place that I picked it up and the person who I dealt with there they went above and beyond to get me a truck in my trailer. and it was quite the rigmarole in order to find out where I was supposed to get my truck. The people at Ploof's were super friendly, helpful and quick to help out! The only thing I can complain about is, there was a sopping wet napkin in the door handle on the passenger side of the truck that became very apparent when I went to close the door. It was pretty gross, but I'm sure that this is not a typical place that would be checked when inspecting.Toni C.
