The customer service was more than pathetic. I felt like I was disturbing them and that I did not belong there because I'm a woman. The inside of the truck was quite a mess. Dirt, stains, garbage, used mask, tissues and not disinfected wich is inanccetable during this time of COVID pandemic. There was water infiltration from several places in the truck and we lost furniture and documents. It was my worst truck rental I ever had. I am really not happy.Genevieve B.

There was a small leak on passenger side tire. Got it at 15lbs, refilled it at 65 and was down to 45 a few hours after. Needed to monitor it until I returned it.Patrice D.

There was pieces of cardboard and styrofoam inside the trailer that I've had to discard after the trip. Then, I cleaned up the trailer before the drop off. The instructions about texting and all other procedures were not clear at all. It is true that the reservation program seemed to be faulty while we were waiting to settle the payment. Les butoirs au fond de la remorque permettent au pare-choc de passer par dessus, mais le bloquent ensuite lors de la descente du vÃ©hicule et l'endommage. Ce dÃ©faut est tellement Ã©vident que je ne dois pas vous l'apprendre. Vous (uhaul) devriez Ã tout le moins aviser vos clients.Serge G.

To avoid, period. Garage with a U-Haul for a sideline. First interaction was ok, until we filled up the contract. I had book a small trailer online without issues. The agent at the desk forced me to pay for insurance saying that NOTHING gets out of his garage without insurance... I refused saying that I have enough insurance to cover. He response was either I cancel or pay the insurance if I wanted the trailer.. He even told me to call after and cancel with customer service, like it was my problem! Just don't put it on the contract! Whatever, needed the trailer, had to pay. He didn't even went outside to show me the trailer, too busy I guess... Called U-Haul, refund was done, they confirmed insurance was OPTIONAL..Patrick P.

The hydraulic brake of the trailer didn't seem very effective at braking. A manual jack on the tongue would make hook-up a lot easier.Gilles D.
