Randall HFirst time he was nice. I didn’t fill the gas. But he wanted me to fill it out. Then he kept rising the price. 3 times. The guy was rude and charged a lot more than that. I have a document. But he charged more than nominal. So bad.

frank bin the truck I rented the seat belt buzzer kept going off, dinging at me.. Even though I had the belt buckled. So probably needs to be fixed (or just disconnected). Not any reflection on the rental company. They were great. In and out fast. Very friendly.

Hooshang MThe pickup experience was a 10. Drop off was 0. No help when we couldn't unhitch all that was offered was Road assistance that was going to charge $300. This is bad business. I'm 73 and not strong and the hitch was very heavy and I could not budge it I suggest you have an on call employee on for 24 hours to help with these issues. This was an awful experience. We were in the dark in the back of a business waiting for help. Never will I do business with you again!!!!

LYNN DWhen the pickup location for my U-Haul reservation was switched to this location, initially, I was annoyed. But after my experience here, I’m so glad that switch happened! Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with; he made sure we had everything we needed and set us up for an easy move. If I could rate him and this location higher, I would. 10/10 would recommend.

LEONARD PI had an excellent experience with U-Haul thanks to Sam!! He noticed that I scheduled an after hours mobile pickup and called to let me know that mobile pickup can sometimes be unreliable. He didn’t want me to end up without a truck and no one available to help. We rescheduled for an earlier time and he made the process seamless without charging me anything extra. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but when I do, this will absolutely be the only place I use. Highly recommend!

Besides being the man behind a desk or a U-Haul wheel, he is astute and has a beautiful story. Wonderful experience all around! Highly recommend renting from here and meeting Sam the man!
