Made us come back two hours later to drop equipment off because there was a trainee there with no manager and the manager wouldn’t come in until 2pm. Wasn’t very helpful. Also couldn’t really tell where to go it blends in a lot with the hotel and looks like the hotel front desk.

Saunia RCall to confirm the details and be thorough. I placed a mobile pickup order and it was listed as a late pickup. We had to call to verify how to pick it up. Then the app wouldn’t accept the photos. Overall it was a difficult experience.
