We were stranded 39 miles outside of Goldendale, WA. The gentleman at the Ponderosa procured us a right to get the truck. Not sure if you give gold medals. But he deserves 3.

It's a great place to make a return! Would be a bonus if they had a U-Haul sign there as you return it to a motel.... but very friendly staff!!

Saunia RCall to confirm the details and be thorough. I placed a mobile pickup order and it was listed as a late pickup. We had to call to verify how to pick it up. Then the app wouldn’t accept the photos. Overall it was a difficult experience.
