They were very rude. Didn't even come outside to check the truck after we gave them the keys. Reported the incorrect amount of gas and charge us later for additional gas. We even dropped off a day early. Never using uhaul again
Carol GMade us come back two hours later to drop equipment off because there was a trainee there with no manager and the manager wouldn’t come in until 2pm. Wasn’t very helpful. Also couldn’t really tell where to go it blends in a lot with the hotel and looks like the hotel front desk.
sarah bHelp on both ends was exceptional. I am not experienced with use of trailers and at both ends my questions were answered professionally and understanding that I was a novice.
