I feel the customer service could have been a little more inviting. I understand it's not a highly used location.

Shaun VWe were stranded 39 miles outside of Goldendale, WA. The gentleman at the Ponderosa procured us a right to get the truck. Not sure if you give gold medals. But he deserves 3.
JAMES CIt's a great place to make a return! Would be a bonus if they had a U-Haul sign there as you return it to a motel.... but very friendly staff!!
