The online process to get my approval and code for the key was kinda long and confusing also the personal at the location was not very helpful to say the least

No fault of the location, Uhaul's check in procedure is cumbersome and slow via the online app. Took 45 minutes to finish due to no signal and ridiculous amount of web pages to navigate. Should have requested all this information at first contact. Unclear of necessity until I went to go pick up vehicle. Vehicle return was also clumsy on app but thank God for the store attendant that offered to to close out.

The problem we ran into was a lack of U-Haul equipment. It seems inventory is very low in CA. The people at the site (Postal Annex) were most helpful. I very much appreciate how they helped us since making a reservation was so difficult.

Was going to use the online pick-up but the new requirements (calling people, pictures of lease agreements, etc.) are overly burdensome. Improvement is needed in this area to make it easier for the customer.

Unless you will let the store Manager drive the truck and help me move, I can't say there is much more this location could have done for me! Courteous, very fast check in and out, he even took my phone call twice and was very patient and helpful. Well done!

The U-Haul looked like it had been parked for a long time as it was dirty on the outside and had spider webs formed around the bumper. Also, I would recommend something to attach the dolly so it doesnt move around in the back of the truck when it is unloaded.

I used the website to check out the truck. It was wonderful to be able to rent the truck on a Sunday as a result of this. However, I didn't expect the experience to take over 30 minutes to complete. I suggest you notify people in the confirmation to expect this type of wait

I was charged for 2 days even when I returned the van the same day. I guess because they were closed on Sunday but I should not have been charged for that. I will not rentnthere again.

Tried to use self pickup at 2 locations. BOTH failed at the live verification part. Both gave no reasons as to why or offered any way to help. Had to come back the next day and rent during business hours. Which set all our plans back.

I had a few unfortunate events with Uhaul over the last few months, and this expereince saved the day! The guys were so helpful when I had to extend by a day. Check in and check out was so quick and efficient too!

Reserved van was reported stolen the night before pick up. Customer was not notified that the reserved vehicle was unavailable until arrival at Postal Annex. Customer was given a substitue vehicle larger than wanted. Windshield & mirrors were dirty and had to be cleaned by customer. Credit card used to cover vehicle while in use was mistakenly used by Postal upon return and final check out..

The cargo van displayed oil change required light, and when I talked to the guy helping me, he said he told the corporate and was told it doesn't need oil change yet. This is terrible.
