CARLOS QThis location does not accept truck returns. I was asked to take truck to another location after I already checked in vehicle. Store owners could not accept for liability reasons. We had to speak to two different UHaul representatives for me to leave trucks as I was becoming late for an appointment. Your app is great but can only be as useful as the accuracy of the data.
Omar AOriginally, we scheduled the pickup and made the reservation for another location near our home. The reservation was changed by Uhaul to another location in another town. When we got there, the trailer wasn't available, and we were sent back. We ended up getting a truck, smaller than the trailer we had originally planned for, and then had the additional expense of putting gas into it. But, between this location and the one that didn't have our trailer originally (Not their fault), they mostly made it right. The people were very apologetic and helpful.
Julie HThe after hour return is a nightmare on your app. Taking photo after photo and uploading in the dark was awful. Turned it in low on gas was worth charge not to have to come back. Screen giving info on where to leave keys lasted 1/2 of a second and I could never get it back. So now I have to go in to give keys in the morning which is a huge inconvenience. I wasted the ease of not filling by paying extra only to have to come back tomorrow to leave keys. Not happy!!!!! Location is good. App is horrible !!!!!
