DAVID LThe gentleman that helped me went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I called to get drop off instructions but they were closed already, but he called me back within 30 seconds. Gave me great information. Even texted me a picture of the key drop. I successfully dropped off the truck, got home, only to find that I left my garage remote in the rental truck! It’s the only way into my new house I just moved into! I called him back, he agreed to meet me at the rental truck and gave me the remote!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for him!!!

BRIAN MThe guy who did all the paperwork and gave us the kids, told me and my friend that the rate for the U-Haul was one flat rate for the whole day. Later on after I drop it off, I get double charged. And it was also unauthorized by me because I was not there when my card was charged a second time. I’ve been to this location before, had the U-Haul for way longer, and it was half the price. Very disappointed

Richard RThey didn’t tell me the 10’ doesn’t have a ramp. Even though I was renting a refrigerator dolly. They didn’t mention anything. When I got to my destination and realized it. I called him and he was rude and unprofessional about it. I’ll never walk in that location ever again.

adrianne bPostal Annex staff - Excellent I was moved to this pick up location the day before. My truck had a problem with the front window molding that sounded like a flapping flat tire at 60 mph. Whoever tried to fix the molding with duct tape should be retrained on truck repair.
Edward HFantastic experience from on-line, telephone conversations and in-person contacts. I would definitely rent from this location again. I rented the cargo van to move 12 storage containers (6 large, 6 medium sized), and a disassembled round dinner table without squeezing or stacking too high with a clear rear-view mirror view.

MICHELLE WInform the customer when you go to pick up the truck remotely instead of asking you ahead of time for photos when you are not in a hurry and the. All of a sudden asking for a passport, employer verification at pick up is not good!

APRIL EGreat service, I had a 24 HR after hours drop off scheduled for 7pm. I arrived just a few minutes before closing around 5:30. The attendant jumped into action and handled everything for me so I didn't have to log in thru my phone and go thru challenging links with phone challenges. Love the human interaction!

ARTHUR CHighly reccomend anyone to stray away from uhaul app, Uhaul app SUCKSSSS. Would not load photos and always timing out even with 5G connections and full wifi. Just get rid off app matter of fact.

SHARON HThe only thing that threw me, was upon return of the van I rented. The person who handled the transaction seemed occupied and I became a little confused about the price of said rental. He said something about how I breached a contract and had to pay more. When I questioned him, his response was not consumer friendly. He said there is want anything I could do about it. Then said , if I had a problem, I could take it up with Uhaul. Turns out, I wasn’t over charged and still happy with uhauls brand, as I have trusted you for many years and transactions.
ROXANNE SGot there 5 minutes after it closed. Had a hard time with turning in the truck online. I guess it went thru cause I was charged a whole bunch of money, and when I tried to look at the invoice that was emailed to me it was so little I could not make out what the charges were for. I could not make it bigger. You could improve by making the instructions a lot clearer, without having to click on several things to get the whole picture.
