PA staff were friendly and helpful. Renting was fast and easy. Loved the 10' truck, real fun to drive! Just remember to take a photo of the odometer when you pick up/drop off and do a walk around to check for any existing damage. Since the facility was closed being on a Sunday when I picked up my rental I had to use the online check-in. I spent over an hour just trying to pick up my rental. The tech support was quite helpful and I can not fault her for the problem I experienced. It was mainly a software issue. Their software will not work efficiently with my Samsung phone. I had to switch to my wife's iPhone to complete my transaction. In the meantime my time allowance (4 hours) was being depleted while I was trying to complete my pick-up.Virgilio G.
First huge note: When we received our TEXT and EMAIL of where the "newly scheduled drop-off location" was, it NEVER said it was Postal Annex. It ONLY said the address. I would strongly suggest listing that it's a Postal Annex drop off!!! We drove around on a Sunday where everything was closed and were completely confused. Secondly, The process of taking a photo of the "current condition of the truck" was a shit show. It NEVER uploaded to your site as your site kept crashing. I would suggest improving that. Corporate rules could be more people friendly. Advertising 20 bucks a day in monster big letters and then have tiny print below that says "plus mileage" is close to a scam. FULL DISCLOSURE on your billboard trucks! A dollar a mile is almost rape.John H.
The lady working at the counter told me that it had a fourth of a tank of gas in it and to bring it back with 1/4 tank. Well, it had below 1/8 tank and the yellow warning light was on. I had to find a gas station (for fear of running out of gas) as soon as I rented the vehicle and before I could pick up my cargo. That's not right. I'm a 68 year old female. I shouldn't have had to hunt for a gas station as soon as I picked up the truck.linda S.

The gas tank intake needs to be fixed. It was known by U-Haul but was not told to me that when pumping gas it clicks off all the time, no more than $.15 of gas at a time will flow from the pump before it clicks off, so I had to constantly keep clicking it on to get gas due to the intake of the gas tank on the U-Haul. I went to two separate gas stations thinking it might of been their issue but it was the trucks issue and the u-Haul attendant knew about the issue but did not inform me of it before hand. It should be fixed right away, but I doubt if it will be fixed since the attendant already knew about it. Unsat!Jeffrey F.

This location actually doesn't supply dollies for rent, even though my online UHaul reservation didn't tell me otherwise. It only supplies trucks. It would be good to inform the customer (preferably online) if a location has dollies for rent or not.Jimson X.

I'd have to say that it was the customer service rep. that made me have the worst experience. The person at the front desk was just as rude as he can possibly be to me without actually "breaking any rules." His tone, movements and over all attitude was something I should have to deal with as a customer never the less a young woman renting a U-Haul for the very first time.
