When I received the receipt, I was charged for a dolly that I already paid for at my pick up location. I contacted the Uhaul on Mt. View to find out why, he did not know and said he would find out and call me back, but I never received the call back... ðŸ§FELECIA P.

The man that has been there forever is awesome. He was not there the day I needed my rental. 1 of the guys that was there was not very friendly, shamed me for not being there at my original pickup time, & ended up waiting an hour to get my truck.Jennifer J.
I dropped truck off at 9:30 pm Sunday night, no visible sign of a drop box to leave key, so many signs on door and windows. I thought I had to bring key back in person at 9am when they opened. While I was standing at door waiting for them to open, I read every sign, then saw a small sign on the window of drop box location in back of store. That is not a safe area to put a drop box if your dropping key off at night, when it is dark you cannot see the signs at night when attempting to leave key. Maybe drop box needs to be in the front of store visible to all customers. So I made a 2nd trip to U-haul when I could have left key the 1st time. Thank you!!Monique Y T.
since there are trucks in front of the store and the back, at first we couldn't find the truck. That isn't a huge issue, but just have to travel quite a bit to find your vehicle.Evan D.

The folks working this place were excellent. They took Covid seriously and only allowed two people in at a time. One of the men took the time to walk us to the truck and made sure that we had everything that we had. He explained that we might want to take pictures of the truck just in case there was damage from the previous driver. He also made sure that we had the appliance dolly and asked us if we were sure that this truck provided enough space. He was just a stellar employee and a complete opposite from the experience that we encountered at the other Bell Road location. The customer service line and app were entirely unhelpful and as a result I'll be using a different moving truck service in the future. 300 dollars for a truck that could only hold half my stuff and no help whatsoever when I tried to call and upgrade. The truck size I had wanted originally waa not available, so I had to make due with a van.russell T.
I would like to speak to corporate concerning our experience with U Haul overall. Your maintenance for emergencies is sorely lacking. The truck had almost bald front tires and they began to shred 250 miles into our trip. We contacted your roadside assistance and it took us driving another 109 miles and wasting over 8 hours of our travel time to have you send out 1 tire. We were almost late for closing on our new home when we gave ourselves over 36 hours to make a 670 mile trip! We ended up driving almost 500 miles on a new tire and a grossly neglected one at 55 miles per hour to get here on time! This is inexcusable for a company this large! Please have someone reach out to me as you make it truly impossible to reach a human by phone!Mark F.

The cab was not clean, the uhaul broke down and had to be towed... the radiator blew. It was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. Our 3 coolers of food were ruined. It was very stressful for myself and family.APRIL R.

Truck was clean but the windshield wipers didn't work on the passenger side, the blinkers didn't work if the lights were on, the brakes were bad and it felt like the truck was going to fall apart. It is time to retire this vehicle.William W.

I rented a 15' long box style truck with a granny's attic. Asked the guy at pick up location if truck box was 15' from gate to back of box not counting granny's attic. He assured me that granny's attic was bonus and it was not part of the 15'. Well it is. Contacted U-Haul customer service and lady I spoke with also seemed confused about the description of the truck length and agreed that it was confusing. Would have traded it for a bigger truck but none were available at this location.HOOD D.
