The person I was greeted by wasn't very polite. I felt as though it was inconvenient and customer service was absolutely not a priority for this guy. He didn't have the appliance dolly I had requested and he said I could go to other uhaul locations to see if they one.Michelle P.

The app-based process is really tedious and in need of serious streamlining. Distance between key box and truck is large. Also, location details in terms of truck pickup could and should be provided well in advance of arrival (like at time of booking).Michelle M.

The most unhelpful and disrespectful group of individuals. They were not only technically challenged, but had no regard for other people's time. They took 1 hour to upload a photo, and while they navigated through the challenge of uploading they kept being condescending with rude remarks. It really ruined the the moving experience and I would NOT recommend this local dealer.Safia K.

The truck was dirty. Representative said I would have to wait a few hours before it would be cleaned. I showed up on time. I was not going to wait. SO much for following Covid 19 regulations regarding cleaning. Representative said he would not charge the insurance, but he added it. He never took it off. I have him on video stating he would take it off and he did not.Edward A.

The only thing I have to say about this location was when I was telling them about the ants story and how dirty the truck was he told me it wasn't his locations fault and that I needed to contact U-Haul like he didn't really care.Denise W.

That truck had a colony of ants in it. Didn't realize it til I got the truck after a few hours cause the passenger kept getting bite and we saw that it was infested with ants. Please check that truck. It was to late to take a picture. Other that it was ok. To damn expensive!!! I want ever use uhaul, I rather go to enterprise and rent a suv.OMARR M.

Not much parking available. I know its hard in your position & location. But if at all possible, try to expand the drop off parking area, which will allow you to handle more drop offs comfortablyJOHN S.
It was very difficult to get what I wanted, and even more difficult to get the equipment near me. When picking up the truck it was very dirty, cob webs over the tires even inside the cab itself. There was so many errors on uhauls part , not only did they double charge me but added items I didn't even purchase or get. The communication was terrible. I left a comment a few days ago and I would like to formally rescind that comment (probably immediately below this one, as I am unable to delete it) as it turns out, unfortunately for me, I was completely wrong and as it turns out they did deliver two bags, but because of certain situations was not aware of the second bag. I have returned to the store and apologized for this mistake and he was very gracious and forgiving, which I very much appreciated. Hopefully this teaches others not to be so hasty as I was previously, and will remedy my previous comment. I used them again today to finish my move and everything went very smoothly. I appreciate the owner's forgiveness and will recommend this others.Robert H.
I received the rental with one bag of furniture coverings in the cab, however was told at the conclusion of the use that the employee put two bags in the cab. When I insisted I only received one bag, the employee continued to insist that he â€œpersonallyâ€ loaded the bags into my rental. After continuing to insist that he was correct, I began to feel as if he was indirectly accusing me of lying to him. I did not appreciate him inferring I was lying about not returning a second bag. I was charged for the six sheets he said â€œwere not returnedâ€ to which I immediately called customer service and disputed the charge. I will not be using this location again, and will ensure that I will not refer anyone to this location in the future.Robert H.

The gas gauge was at 1/4 or just below when we picked it up. We put in $50 of gas ourselves. We returned the truck with Exactly 1/4 tank. We took a picture of the gauge at drop off. The manager said it was below 1/4 (bending his head to the right to see the gas gauge at a angle in his favor) We Ended up paying an extra $40 for final check out because he said the gas gauge was less that 1/4... by a hair.Bruce Q.

The way you keep track of mileage and fuel use is poor and not acceptable. When I took the vehicle the mileage indicated .7 but it was actually .8 . The gas gauge indicated just above half tank. I drove less than 12 miles and put 1.7 gallon gas in. I was charged $11.45 for gas. When I complained the man at first wasn't going to do anything about it. He later called back and said the regional manager agreed to reduce the charge. It's not a matter of just a few dollars. It was aggravating!Eddie L.
