-Truck smelled like horrible body odor mixed with corn nuts. -No windshield washer fluid, had to get that myself. -I paid for the "Safe Move Coverage" and then Uhaul charged me AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 "safe trip fee". What in the hell is that about. I've heard of nickel and dime but this extra charge is pretty ridiculous. I will be surprised if i actually get a response from Uhaul regarding this. Maybe it's a little much to be upset about $5 but it's kind of the principal of the matter

truck looked brand new. The gentleman at the desk was helpful and a nice guy. Truck due back after threy closed but he told us just leave keys in the lock box and he would check truck in the next morning. excellent service.

The amount of milage was outrageous. I was charged everyday for $10 and then I was charged again when I returned the truck.

We returned the truck the night before it was due and the next morning, we received a call asking about the return. They did not even check the lot or lock box before calling me. I was scared at first that maybe they we're saying the truck wasn't there after we returned it but then said that they would check the lot as they haven't done that yet. They should check before calling customers and freaking them out.

Overall the location is fine. They typically have the equipment that I need. I have used U-Haul's from here about four times now and I have yet to have a U-Haul that was actually clean. You would think during this time of a pandemic that we would spend time cleaning the U-Haul's. I have yet to actually have one clean.

Your reservation system is terrible. The trailer I reserved was not available. The staff was incompetent, had no idea what products they had available. Other customers were having the same issue as I did while I was there. Terrible.

The people working there are EXTREMELY rude. Not helpful at all and weren't wearing masks? I will not recommend this place to anyone because of very poor customer service.

The check engine light was on when we received the truck. There were no clear directions on where the keys to the vehicle was located. I ordered a appliance dolly and 2 pks of furniture pads that were not in the truck. When I called the customer service number to get a refund they only refunded me have of what I was charged.

None of the people working there were wearing masks and it was not enforced for customers to wear them. I was the only one. Was also charged for gas even though returning the van with the correct amount. Still have not heard back about getting the charge reversed.

Marvin ("CrazyMarv") was AMAZING!!!!!! He went WAY above and beyond trying to help us with our connection. He tested our fuses and tried just about everything to get our directionals and brake lights to show. He RAN back and forth from the trailer to the shop! He loves dogs (and has one with the same name as one of ours-Daisy!) and he was incredibly funny and sweet! THANK YOU MARVIN!!!! <3<3<3

We picked this location and the UHaul was not even there. We had to drive further to pick it up. We got no communication on change of location.

I was overcharged for fuel and will never be returning I took pictures of before and after and it was not what I was charged for will never return or recommend this place. Not to mention the guy was rude when I did the return I had to ask him if I was done as he walked away from me.

An employee of the above company changed our order from accepting UHaul's insurance to opting out. This caused a great inconvenience since the only way to reverse the mistake was to return to the rental location. The manager was unable to reverse his employee's mistake and said he would have to contact an UHaul representative to "fix a software problem that has been going on for months". Needless to say this delay was a huge inconvenience and caused us to be late to our destination.

My experience was not a good one. I will be going back to using another truck rental company. The "pickup with your phone" was inconvenient and took over an hour and a half of my time between pickup and return. It would have been longer but I finally got a body on the phone and abandoned the online return. I am hopeful that the kinks will be worked out, but in the mean time, warn people that they will need to send multiple references (who you do not have time to warn) and be taking pictures on a site that is sluggish at best.

My compliments to your staff members: Michelle in Kileen TX and Wanda at 510-651-5400 (regional traffic). After my pickup location was changed due to lack of equipment at my chosen location, these two women worked with me to solve a problem: Why should I pay more to drop off at a location close to my home after being inconvenienced by being forced to pick up at a distant location? They worked with me to find equipment and solve the problem in a way that was fair to me and U-Haul.

I was very disappointed that you did not enforce face covering in your establishment. I wore my mask and another customer came in while I was there not wearing one. You/your company did not turn that person away. I was appalled that you placed my safety/health at risk for your own financial gain. The vehicle was not maintained properly. A constant audible alarm was heard coming from the dash without indication of what it was for. I called the store at 2pm for assistance but, no answer. This as well put my safety at risk. The truck had a severe oil leak causing it to put off smoke and fumes and leave an immediate puddle wherever we stopped. I had to add 2 quarts of oil just to get it to register on the dip stick. The front end alignment was way off forcing the driver to keep the steering wheel significantly turned to the left the whole time. The staff at this location are great and over the top helpful but the lack of vehicle maintenance takes away from that.

The trailer I rented had some leftover residue from the previous user, but it only took me about 10 minutes to clean it out. I like this uHaul location because it generally has the equipment I need to rent, and the two gentlemen who run this location are friendly, efficient, and don't waste any time in getting me hooked up and on the road.
