Everything from the location to the check in was perfect. The pick up area even smelled nice! These guys run a great business and took great care of us!

JOHN MHow many times will you refuse to stop sending receipts & order confirmations to the wrong email? I have not rented from dealer in 4 years. I have called customer service & the local dealer with no success. Remove my contact.

ERDEVORICK WMy problem with the Uhaul experience is, I make the reservation in my name , I pay for it and gave you my email address, but you put my husband's name on every correspondence. You call my phone and ask for him, you send text messages to my phone with his name on it. If I give my information I want my name on it.
GORDON BThis truck has exhaust leak at the engine. Dealer is aware but says uhaul would not repair it. Carbon monoxide in cab is gonna kill someone. Had to drive with window cranked down to get fresh air. At least the A/C worked good. Dealer was good.
