I just understand the advertised $19 and then 163$ bill afterwards seems like a scam to me won’t be using this service any longer.
Aiden GThe rear driver side tire was flat when I went to pick it up, I had to back the trailer around to where they could put air in the tire. 3 hours later the tire was almost flat, called the place I got the trailer and they told me to call roadside assistance. I did, the guy who showed up was awesome but I had to wait 1.5 hours to start a 19 hour trip from Texas to Michigan. If the tire would have been fixed properly before I left the place I picked it up, I would not have had to set around and wait to start a trip that long if the trailer was serviced before I arrived. I had to stow the attendant that the tire was flat to begin with or I would have left their business with a flat tire. I know yall aren’t going to do anything with this information but here it is. I was also asked if I wanted additional mileage for $45 ??? And for additional insurance but didn’t care to send me off with a flat tire. Did not care about that it was flat and kind of indifferent about them putting air in it. That is what roadside assistance is for but still in their parking lot.

Steven RUnless you guys want to help move items I don't know what else you can do. Paperwork 3 minutes then your worker hitched and connected trailer prior to leaving and when I returned trailer, your people were there and disconnected and unhitched for me. Couldn't have been any easier. Thank you.

Trenicia SThe gentleman was very polite and helpful even though the Uhaul system was down at the time of pickup. However, he was very professional and tried his hardest to get us on the road as quick as possible.
Aaron KEmployee saw me enter the lot and was pointing to where to park trailer immediately. He guided me as I backed up and detached the trailer. I was gone in 5 min. or less. Great service!
JOHN MHow many times will you refuse to stop sending receipts & order confirmations to the wrong email? I have not rented from dealer in 4 years. I have called customer service & the local dealer with no success. Remove my contact.

JOSE BThe drop off process was easy. The people were friendly. We didn't think we'd get there before they closed and the gentleman let me know that it was fine if we got there late. That was a big relief.
