The website shouldn’t have given this as an option. They were closed today and the owner had to come from out of town to open up! The app that I was supposed to do everything through kept saying I was at the wrong location, even though I was sitting right infront of the truck. Do better U-HAUL.

paola gWhile the gentleman was very personable, I found our reservations had been changed. Our drop off was removed and left us trying to find out where to drop the vehicle a hassle. The truck was very filthy inside the cab. I was dropped off to grab the truck and when I went to open the cab door, I was hit with an overwhelming odor of urine. I immediately rolled the windows down and had no choice but to drive the truck as my wife had already left. As I drove the vehicle, I could see little black hair all over the seats and what looked like greasy stains all over the seats. Upon a closer look, I realized I was sitting in urine and the passenger seat was covered in it and down in the floorboard. The engine cover was covered with splattered urine and being a humid day, the truck was sitting all closed up with this going on inside it. I got to the location to pick up my furniture and found that the back of my shorts were covered in this and that I smelled horrible and was humiliated. With the Covid 19 virus happening I was really worried about what I might be exposed to. I had my gloves on and my mask on the whole time while driving but seemed sick anyway. I dropped the truck off yesterday finally and felt sick well into the night. I will never rent from U-Haul again. I will be seeking a full refund.

Garsha WThe service was very poor. I made an reservation. We were late to go pick up our items. Waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told they gave our items away. We did not receive a courtesy call, email or text. We went to another location and after an hr we received another truck. We could not get the tow to place the car on top of it. We got another reservation for this tacoma location for a tow. We told them we do not want to pull the vehicle but for it to rest on top. Once we got there they switched us to a tow dolly to pull our vehicle. We asked for assistance and was told by one of the workers they're not allowed to touch the tow dolly and she can direct us how to. We were driving from Seattle to Atlanta. We finally stopped at Uhaul Columbia Mo 70 west where we met John to take a look at the tow. He stated the only thing was holding the car together was 1 strap. The other strap on the other wheel wasnt on anymore and the tire moved. The chains onky had one hook and one was missing. He was the one that told us for $20 more we could've gotten item properly assemble but we were not offered that, even though we explained we were not sure how to even with her pointing out how to put itmes on John at the 70 west Columbia Mo was able to cut the old chain, gave us a properly working chain and fixed the car properly on the tow. And from then smooth sailing. The Tacoma facility needs better training and customer service. I will not use Uhaul anymore after this situation.

DEBRA WMt experience with u haul was beyond great. I had issues with being able to bring the truck back on time and they really worked with me to make the situation best for myself and them. I only had cash to pay with because my card was locked and they worked with me on that as well. The place was amazingly cleaned and all the staff I felt with was super friendly and helpful. All in all I am great appreciative for everything they did for me and my overall experience was 5 star if not more. Thank you so much for the outstanding experience with your company I look forward to doing business with you guys again soon. Thank you.

RANDAL BCross train other employees in case the boss is out of the office. The owner was accommodating when it was discovered neither of us had an electrical pigtail adapter. Greg agreed that if I chose to purchase a pigtail, he would refund my purchase & then hold the pigtail for his next customer. Guess what? Greg's a man of his word. JB

KENT BIt is a dingy unkempt bike shop and they were, at first, not wanting to take the truck. They appeared to be confused about the check in process.
SCOTT DWell I had to rent two units instead of one. Cause I had a reservation for a 17' box at destination center but they only had a twenty six footer. And that is to big for what I was doing. So had to call some places to find something available . Thank god the place I rented from was so helpful.
