I made a reservation via website the day before, yet when I showed up to take the vehicle, they person at the counter had no idea I was coming and had no idea how to do the rental. He had to call somebody, and take pics of documents, etc. Very jenky. Same with the return, I left the keys with him, but there was no paperwork to complete, no final bill until one showed up a day or two later in my Email. I get these vehicles are used hard, but this one had a major safety issue in that I could not adjust the passenger side mirror to adequately see the side/behind the truck. I tried adjusting several times, and every time I hit a bump, it would bounce back into a location where I had zero visibility. It was a very unsettling situation.

The staff didn’t have the app on their phone when I arrived, they had to download the app while I waited. The store said they didn’t have record of my rental and that I had to call the 800 number even though my paperwork showed the address I was at and the correct business. The staff insulted me during our disagreement and asked if I spoke English and didn’t understand.
