Uhaul was filthy, stinky, and old and dangerous. Driver seat was leaning left the whole drive, the heat worked sporadically if at all, kept making a really horrible noise intermittently and almost stalled several times. The mileage was incorrectly stated and so was the gas level. The cab had a horrible odor and the back was filthy, dirty, had mini packing peanuts and other debris that I had to sweep out and it was so stinky I didn't want to haul any of my belongings in it. I had no choice unfortunately. The locking mechanism was rusted shut to the point of hardly being able to open or close. This truck should be retired because it is disgusting and dangerous. I was supposed to receive a call from upper management about a discount for the experience and the truck itself but nothing. I didn't even get the 2 dollies I ordered to be with the truck. I've used Uhaul for decades, but never again. Its disgusting, dangerous and I will gladly pay someone just to not have to deal with this clownery of a company again.

The location seemed ill-prepared to support uHaul. Gas station tenant needed to call a few different people to get the correct process going. Tenant didn't seemed to be trained on the process and procedures and seemed to have trouble contacting someone who did.
John GI made a reservation via website the day before, yet when I showed up to take the vehicle, they person at the counter had no idea I was coming and had no idea how to do the rental. He had to call somebody, and take pics of documents, etc. Very jenky. Same with the return, I left the keys with him, but there was no paperwork to complete, no final bill until one showed up a day or two later in my Email. I get these vehicles are used hard, but this one had a major safety issue in that I could not adjust the passenger side mirror to adequately see the side/behind the truck. I tried adjusting several times, and every time I hit a bump, it would bounce back into a location where I had zero visibility. It was a very unsettling situation.
Laura WThe staff didn’t have the app on their phone when I arrived, they had to download the app while I waited. The store said they didn’t have record of my rental and that I had to call the 800 number even though my paperwork showed the address I was at and the correct business. The staff insulted me during our disagreement and asked if I spoke English and didn’t understand.
