did a 1 way and when drooped off Friday 455pm in SEVIERVILLE Tn early I did not get a receipt until Saturday 0925 and it was 2 days early drop off. I should have gotten an adjustment as my original pick up date was Wednesday- Sunday however used Wed-Friday only. Please look into this and let me know as not happy with drop off location. The 2 females and 1 male inside was sitting around and 1 male who directed me just directed me where to drop it and went inside. I was told how you receive a receipt in one hour however I did not receive any receipts at all until the next day. At 9:25 AM.. I should be adjusted for the two days. I did not use it.

Charles BIt is a car lot just getting started in the U Haul business, but the staff members were on the spot and answered questions, etc. But I feel in time, their facility will improve. Truck was in good shape and clean and comfy.
David PWe didn’t even make it 2 miles before doing an emergency swap out. The tires were not in hogs shape, trailer was very dirty and rather beaten. It bounced all over in just two miles, seemed as if the frame may have been bent. We were taking the interstate over 600 miles there is no doubt in my mind that we would have not made it. When addressing our concern’s at Prime Motors they seemed like they couldn’t care less
