Not lie about the price and availability. Not this locations fault but I was sent here with the expectation that I was getting slightly bigger trailer than I wanted but same price because first location didn't have it after I booked because their site said available. Ended up paying more than double. But this location was great, friendly and easy access.

James KI was severely overcharged. I paid 600 dollars for a truck that was way bigger than I needed or asked for. I was charged for insurance I declined multiple times. The truck was dirty, beat up, was hard to keep on the road, rattled everywhere, and leaked so much fuel it cost me over 150 dollars for a 300 mile trip

Gary CEnsure the equipment is well maintained. The trailer emergency brake system ie master cylinder boot busted and all the brake fluid got all over the back of my truck due to poor maintenance on your equipment!
David MI was not able to pick up the uhaul via mobile pickup because the GPS said I was not in the correct location when I was with the uhaul. The address listed was not a proper address and the sign on the building did not match the business name. I spent an hour with customer service trying to find the correct location for the mobile check in to recognize me and eventually doing the pickup through customer service via phone even though when I first called them they said they wouldn’t be able to bypass system, and I had to be in the correct GPS location. My uhaul didn’t have the moving blankets or dollies that I ordered. I tried to call the owner of the business during all of this and they did not answer. Because of this I was an hour later to meet my movers.
