Aldo A.This is the second (and last) time renting from this location. The first time I used the van for 11 miles and I had to put 3 gallons of gas in, so it clearly wasn't full again I got it. I mentioned this when I returned it but got nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders. Nonetheless, I went back a second time. This time before leaving the parking lot I checked the fuel gage and told the guy in the store that it wasn't reading full. He told me he would give me a credit. This time I had to put in a little over 8 gallons for 68 (mostly freeway) miles. The original guy wasn't in the store but I mentioned it to the new person and she typed away at the screen. When the receipt was emailed to me, there was no gas credit. So next time I'll try Budget.

ALLEN M.I filled up with gas after using the cargo van for 7 miles. It took 3.844 gallons!!! So either your vehicles have terrible gas mileage or I ended paying for the previous drivers gas

devan R.The location was closed for several days even though normal business hours were posted. I had no idea if my drop off was recorded in the system. Your website couldn't find my account or transaction. I received several calls days after the drop asking if I had returned the tow dolly. The uncertainty of being charged for late or missing equipment was cause for great anxiety. I will never again rent another product from u-haul and drop it off at another location.

Lomand P.I've done business with Print n' Post for years, (can't remember the last time I went into an actual post office), I do occasional over seas shipping, they just take care of everything. They're always friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Imagine my surprise when I googled and called " Uhaul near me" and Dion, my "shipping guy," answers the phone. It only made sense he'd be my 1st choice! I'm pretty picky about where I spend hard earned money, These experts are superior, period.

erenst W.When reserving, let the customer know they will need to use the online pickup/checkout because the business isn't open at the time you've reserved. I had to figure this out on my own and wasted a half hour until I figured out the process.
Neil A.I arranged pickup prior to the shop opening so he said I could check putelectronically. This was NOT a pleasant experience. I arrived to pick up the van at 9:00 am and finally had possession of the van at 10:00. I ran into all kinds of problems with the checkin process. It would not allow me to put in my user name. I got around that by downloading your app and starting over. It would not give me a means to allow my phone camera to take my photo. My son, on an SOS call, helped me get around that. It finally asked for my credit card info, which I struggled to access out in this field with no place to put down my belongings (a detail that should have been taken care of early in the rental process), and then the person that was verifying my identity by matching my 4 year old, groomed drivers license picture with my grubby, early morning moving day picture, had me retaking my picture multiple times. Needless to say, I was late arriving to my destination , which threw me off the rest of the day. I was not a happy camper and I won't be doing that again. I will say tat the merchant, when I finally saw him, was appropriately polite and concerned. But the process sucked,!!
