Staff was friendly at the pickup location, though they were confused as to what truck I was picking up. They made it seem at first like the truck wasn’t there which was a bit terrifying. Overall the pickup location staff were friendly. But this wasn’t the pickup location I scheduled. It took us 45-50 minutes out of our way. I wasn’t notified of the change. If I hadn’t checked the app the night before, I would have gone to the wrong spot. I spent over 2.5 hours the phone, talking to 3 people who couldn’t even help me reschedule the pickup time for a hour later due to the switch UHaul made unilaterally, without notice. This was an incredibly stressful rental experience overall. It is clear you do not have enough people working in customer support or that you just don’t care at all for the customer experience.
