Truck windshield was cracked and so dirty you couldn't hardly see out of it. Had to use a water bottle and tee shirt to clean it just to get to a gas station. Truck had no power even on flat roads - would have hated to had to drive long distance with this truck.JAMES C.

The locations themselves were good and personnel were great. Our overall experience with uhaul was horrible. Our original reservation was canceled two hours before pickup forcing us to make multiple trips with multiple rentals. Will never use uhaul again for moving.Melissa H.

Receipt scheduled a 0600 pickup. At the location on the mobile app it said 0900 so I lost 3 hours. I reserved a furniture dolly but it was not provided nor available. The truck was filthy. The people at the store were very nice despite the reservation being screwed up.Kevin R.

I rented 26foot from this location. Website did not work. You have to set your phone to access reservation. U-Haul corporate could have done better job of getting issues resolved. After speaking with 2 reps said had to call customer service for discount after hour of hassles trying to get truck. At yuma location did have Employee Chris help out as much as he could for all of the errors that were made. They forgot to put extras in truck and add key to box. Whole thing was stressful but Chris did help tremendously to make the experience better . I would give him above average rating for his dedication. The rest was very unpleasant..Tiffany H.

The truck size I had reserved was not available, so had to downgrade to a smaller truck (which meant two trips instead of one). They also changed my reservation time later by 2 hours, which meant doing more moving during the heat of the day which we were trying to avoid. I wanted to do the contactless mobile checkin, but when we got to the facility our truck was behind a locked gate, which meant I had to go inside (where there were multiple people) and a rep needed to move the truck out for us. The equipment we had reserved was incorrect, and we needed to wait for them to change out to what we needed. in the Age of Covid, this was NOT a contactless experience and I was very disappointed that so many things were incorrect with the checking out of the truck. The truck, thankfully, worked fine.Andrea M.

The facility inside and outside, as well as the truck was clean and well maintained. Each employee I spoke with on the telephone or in person at Purely Storage were knowledgeable and courteous. The location is very accessible and I will recommend to others. This facility is in need of a new belt for their appliance dolly, though I had no problem.Sheryl W.

Have people behind the counter get out of their chair and walk out to the truck with you. Also I had included a dolly on the reservation. It was not on the truck when I picked it up. Employees seemed lazy and did the least amount of work possible.John V.

When I arrived and used mobile pick-up the wrong truck key was in my box. I called the customer care line as it was before the office opened and was on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered. The agent was able to quickly resolve the issue once the phone was answered. The truck I got was very old and hadn't been swept out in front or back. I wasn't able to leave with the truck until almost an hour after my pickup time. When I returned the truck, the on site staff was very helpful. I returned the truck 14 hours early so I didn't have to deal with the mobile return. The location and uhaul phone service were great once you were actually dealing with a person. I would not recommend it if your not going to be able to have an on-site person available.Ashley R.

No one told us there would be after hours fee. We told them we needed it only for a short period and would have it back by 8pm. No one mentioned a fee. What should've been only q $40 turned out to be $63.Heather G.
