DAMAGED OUR CAR PUTTING IT ON TOW DOLLY, IT IS NOW 300 MILES SOUTH OF US. WE HAVE HAD TO MAKE ARRAIGNMENTS TO GET IT TO A DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR REPAIRS TO THE FRONT END AND TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE BURNING SMELL IS... UHAUL CORPORATE SENT US TO 3 LOCATIONS ONE FOR THE TRUCK IN DALLAS GA, ONE FOR THE TOW DOLLY IN ACKWORTH GA, AND THEN TO THE UHAUL CORPORATE LOCATION FOR LOADING AND INSPECTION OF THE CAR ON THE TOW DOLLY, THE CORPORATE LOCATION IN ACKWORTH WAS THE CLOSEST TO THE HOME WE MOVED FROM, TGHIS CORPORATE LOCATION HAD BOTH THE 26' TRUCK AND THE TOW DOLLY WHY DID WE HAVE TO SPEND OUR MORNING DRIVING ALL OVER THE PLACE ??? COST US NEARLY $500.00 FOR 4 MEN STANDING AROUND FOR 4 HOURS DOING NOTHING IT WAS LUNCHTIME BY THE TIME WE RETURNED TO THE HOME TO BEGIN LOADING THE TRUCK WHEN THE CORPORATE LOCATION HAD WHAT WE NEEDED 7 MINUTES AWAY... WE STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE COST WILL BE TO GET OUR CAR FIXED WE DID FILE A CLAIM WITH UHALS INSURANCE REPWEST, WE DO EXPECT THEM TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS TO THE CAR, WE ALSO EXPECT REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE 4 HOURS WE PAID THE MOVERS FOR DOING NOTHING, WE ALSO EXPECT UHAUL TO PAY FOR THE EXPENSES TOP RETRIEVE OUR CAR FROM SMITHTOWN NY KIA AND DELIVER IT TO OUR HOME IN TOWN ON MINERVA NY. DID I MENTION WE ARE BOTH DISABLED? THIS IS MAKING THIS EVEN MORE OF A HARDSHIP FOR US.Thomas C.
