Hi, I ordered 2 Dolly and 1 Dozen Furniture pads. However, there was no dolly and it contained only 6 furniture pads inside the bag. Please look into this matter and return what I deserve. Thanks, Regards Hasan BaigHasan B.

Truck interior was filthy. I had to clean and wipe down a thick layer of dirty dust in cab of truck. It was not cleaned prior to pick up...very careless , dangerous and wreckless during these covid times. There was no office where I was scheduled for my pick up. It was car garage in a very dangerous, high crime area of Hartford. The mechanics had to call the U-Haul Representative several times to let him know I was there. My scheduled pick up time was 9AM and he didn't show up with the key until almost 10AM. He conducted our business on his personal cell phone in the parking lot. I was not given any documents or confirmation. I had movers sitting and waiting to load the truck and had to pay them extra for the lost time. Bottom line I was very uncomfortable waiting in that location. Got no apology from the person for being late and truck cab was filthy. You should not be sending customers to that area. I would like a credit of some sort for that bad experience. The drop off location was a completely different experience. Clean professional and efficient. Someone from your business should go to that pick up location in Hartford to see what a customer encounters.rosemary S.

Filed appeal as i got charged for gas i didnt use Took 2 days to credit me for your errors.. Now im in appeal because you charged me $498 for a $122 rental.. I dont know who or why my contract was changed.. I rented one way to drop in Plymouth ma .. You called and had me drop in Wareham MA. The drop location didnt know i was leavibg a truck there.. I will continue my complaint here and on social media as the saga continues.. U haul was awfulLeo C.

This was not supposed to be my pick up location. It was changed the day before my move and I ended up picking up the truck the night before. I was not given the pads I had ordered (I got a refund at the end). Location was dirty and overly crowdedMichela M.
