My experience was excellent! I walked in requested a truck. The representative explained everything on the contract. And i was in and out in not time. When i was done moving the items i had to move. She checked me out and i was on my way! Verry satisfied customer!

The truck I drove (26ft moving truck) handled horribly and was on the verge of being dangerous. It was clear that the truck hadn't had a front end alignment in a LONG time and the brakes were VERY soft.

In the web site, when you state the availability and location, changing it to a different one at the last second is upsetting. The U-Haul we ordered from us 10 min away (one way). To get the trailer I had to go three towns away for a 25 min trip (one way). I understand assets change locations, but don’t make them available at the tine if orederubg if they’re not at that location.

Because I had picked up the furniture pads at a different location than the rest of the equipment, this was a separate order. Employee was initially unable to find it because he did not know the Entity ID of the dispatching location. I am wondering how it is possible that an employee does not have the means to look this up. Unprofessional. People were very friendly though, I had a much better experience than during pickup.

This is the second time I pr a member of my family has rented a truck and both times we had a problem returning it because the system would not recognize our location. It took me 45 minutes on the phone tonight before I was able to get the truck returned. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and helpful (unlike the last time) but it seems something can be done to make the process easier.

They need a really big sign telling people to go to the other side of the building to return equipment. I pulled into the self-storage entrance by mistake and no one was there. Had to call U-haul, wait for someone to answer and have them call the local store to call me back to tell me to drive around to the other side of the building. Unnecessary inconvenience when a big sign would have done the trick.

The people in the location were excellent. The problem was that the trailer that I had reserved was not available when I arrived. I had reserved the 5 x 8 trailer. What I got was a 6 x 12 trailer instead. Upon showing my dismay, the young lady at the location asked if the Traffic Department had contacted me about the change in trailer sizes. No one called, texted, or emailed me about this. Given the fact that I drove all the way to this location because it was the only UHaul even remotely near me that had the trailer I wanted. If I had wanted the 6 x 12 trailer, I could have reserved it closer to where I live. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed. I would have cancelled my reservation if had been able to, but I had other people who had already made time for our trip so I was unable to. This entire experience with UHaul has been a waste of time and gas on my part. It is obvious that your company simply does not care about its customers whatsoever. I would like to be contacted by a customer service manager about this matter.
