Josh MThis location is the easiest we've ever rented from. The young lady working the counter explained everything very well and was very friendly. Would highly recommend using this location.
Jack EEven with reservation had to wait 1/2 hour when picking up equipment due to several renters and only one staff person. No one assisted with connecting to equipment. No instruction other than to use app when returning equipment. The process of using app was very time consuming and frustrating. This was my first time using this location. I use other locations but they did not have equipment I needed. Unlikely I’d use this location again.
Bruce MI received no assistance in setting up the trailer, and had to dig it out alone from behind two other trailers after I found it. It was off the curb and in the woods a little bit, so I had to pop it over the curb by connecting it to the car with only the chains because I was not able to physically pull the trailer over the curb and the raised curb would not allow me to connect to the hitch ball. When I dropped it off, they just said to go put it out back, and I was not provided to receipt until the day after I returned it when I guess they found it back there. I’m glad my eight year-old was there to help me or I would’ve had no assistance at all.
Reese NThe manager at this location was very professional and the location was very clean. The vehicle was set up perfectly and clean. I was lucky to have a newer vehicle so it help with the overall move.
Viet TI was trying to do the self checkout after I brought in the truck after hours, the app didn't give anything to be done and just told check if everything is ok and leave the keys , I got charged 20 bucks later on. I have previously dropped vehicles after hours and have never been charged

Mark PBetter instructions when dropping off. The box says keys here but then says a different company and the paperwork in the box says not for Uhaul drop off. So I was confused if the keys went there. I did a drop off at night there was no personnel working, and it made me pick yes or no.
Tiffini hMaybe the attendant should tell customers that when the truck is returned that they are required to take a photo of the truck. Having to pay an extra $20 fee is corporate robbery. I will never rent from this company again.
David WWe dropped off after hours and had some difficulty getting the app to work to get pictures. We had to call into the main U-Haul number and they were able to walk us through getting everything taken care of.

Tim CWe rented a 6 x 12 trailer. After we finished loading, we noticed the tires were low. There was only 15 & 18 lbs of air pressure in the tires on one side, 42 & 57 on the other. Should have had 65#. It is over 90 degrees outside, I do not think that is something my husband should have had to do after paying to rent the trailer. Not everyone even has an air compressor! When we took it back the guy at the desk was a real JERK! Said tire pressure was not their responsibility? We feel the rental at a minimum, should've been prorated. Why are we paying to rent and having to service the equipment?

HASHIM NDid not speak to any personnel; dropped off after hours. Larger parking spots and clearer signage for after hours drop-off would be helpful.
Molly ONo one was at desk when we returned. Waited about ten minutes. He did not go over the truck to insure there was no damage. He asked me two short questions and then took the keys. Customer service was terrible!

Dennis GEverything went well until I returned the cargo van but while I'm finishing up the return process i was over charged for the miles instead of 10190 miles the image that I took during the return was correct and down below manual entry it took 10690 instead of above so they over charged me on that I raised a request through customer support let see what might be their response
Sai MService at office woeful. When asked if the office staff could show me how to check in the rented piece of equipment, he said, “I have no idea where it is on the U Haul App”. When asked if he could remove the bogus convenience fee when it had been added to my bill, he said, “nope” as if it was outside of his concern. Completely dreadful service. Those people need training badly

Terry BReduce the cost? As an 84-year-old on a minimum income, it was difficult for me to find the money, and I gave back the truck with an extra quarter tank of gas, which I trust you repaid me as promised. I also share that the truck had two issues; (1)Brakes, (2) The suspension was loose, making it difficult to stay in the lanes, especially in the Dayton I-75 beaucratic money pitt which never seems to end. A project lasting twenty-six years with concrete barriers giving no tolerance for a transport's dancing the lanes designed for cars.

MARK PCorrect the gps navigation, I was improperly charged for multiple days I didn’t have the vehicle. My fiancé returned the keys before the end of the business hours and got charged for 2 days when he didn’t even have it for 3 hours.

Michael FVan was filthy inside and out. Obviously not washed, vacuumed. Inside windshield grime covered. Seats dirty with debris. Franchisee blamed weather from three weeks prior. Trucks should be cleaned at least minimally before rental. That being said the location was clean and the rental experience professional and courteous.

AARON HI had to go get the truck which was buried under snow. I had to find a brush to clean all of the snow off of the truck. Once I got truck out of its parking spot, I found out that windshield wiper on passenger side didn’t work. Very bad experience.
MICHAEL SWhen I arrived, I had to wait around 30 minutes before anyone helped me. Once the employee finally processed my rental and handed me the keys, I went outside and found the U-Haul completely surrounded by piles of snow. The windshield and the entire front area of the truck were covered in thick ice and packed snow. I tried to clear it myself using my own snow scraper, which took me about 45 minutes. The truck was stuck, and I couldn’t move it. I went back inside to ask the worker for help, and it took him another 30 minutes to come outside and assist me in getting the truck out. This entire situation caused a huge delay, was physically exhausting, and made for a terrible rental experience. Also, I am 2 months pregnant so this was horrible. The truck clearly hadn’t been prepared for pickup, which should have been handled before renting it out. I would not recommend this place at Queen City Auto house in west chester !!! Horrrible

KEVIN MThis is my second U-Haul reservation in the last month and both times have been a disaster. The only saving grace with this most recent reservation, was the professional staff at the alternate location, Queen Cuty Auto House. I reserved a truck on the mobile app yesterday. What was supposed to be a simple 7 mile, 30 minute trip turned into an hours long mess. I arrived at the assigned pickup location only to discover that they were closed. WHY EOULD U-HAUL ALLOW BE TO MAKE A RESERVATION AT A CLOSED LOCATION??!! After a long hold, a U-Haul agent found another location quite a ways away but they were open and had a truck. Get it together U-Haul!
