I was charged for a flat fix when I called and told you guys the tire pressure was low and I haven’t pulled off the lot yet. There was nothing you could do for me besides sending me across town for another vehicle. The location was not supposed to be there from the start I would have been changed twice had I taken the other vehicle miles away from where I had to go. I requested a counter person and was switched to mobile pickup which was not what I wanted.

The truck broke down. The battery post bolt or the hole was stripped and the post would not tighten down. I was stuck for about 45 minutes. The tow truck driver very nice guy and appeared to be knowledgeable about the truck.
Very easy to rent online, however.

He will not confirm my fuel gage level. And I know I have been charge unfairly for this. He said it was half tank but in reality it was not half tank. I need a proper calculation and refund. I knew my bill was never going to be above $50.
