There estement of the gas was wrong they had it at alittle over 1\2 a tank when it was just 1\2 a tank and I was charged for 15 miles and went maybe 10 miles also so they tried to change my bank 33.56 with no explanation the guy ahead of me said they calculated his gas at more than it had all other uhaul places go over all this with you they don't.MARINA C.

For starters train the person in charge to submit a drop off immediately instead of two hours late, for your customers don't get overcharge an extra day and also to take a look really good on the mileage and the gas tank reading, because I'm getting charge for that as wellAARON M.

The gentleman working at the Quick Stop Shop was nice enough, but he did not seem to know what he was doing. I got there at my pickup time, 12pm. He was on his phone doing something after I told him I was there to pick up my truck (not sure whether it was related to my order or not but told me to hold on a few), and I was waiting for him (wandered around and bought a few things to kill time). He was the only employee manning the shop, so he checked customers out with goods from the store while I waited. He took pictures of my ID while still checking people out (which confused me as I know I have to do that for the mobile part). He finally got things for me to click on the tablet for Uhaul (he asked me to add another person's name and 2 phone numbers, which confused me but I did it..and he went to go out with me to check the truck. Because he was the only employee he told the customers coming towards the shop to wait a few as there was nobody inside. He went to open the back of the truck to do the inspection, and I told him I could do it from my phone because I chose mobile. He had no idea I could do that and thanked me, which was weird that he didn't know. And the name and numbers he asked me to add (once I did the mobile inspection myself, was asking if I had another driver and their phone numbers, but I was the only driver). By the time I actually got checked out with him in his shop and did the mobile inspection (which took a while as there were multiple spots of damage I had to take pictures of and dispute), it was almost 1pm! When I returned my rental, I went in and handed him the key. I asked if there was anything he needed from me, and he said no and I would get a receipt. I returned it before 4pm (I rented for 4 hours), but he must have went back to doing his shop business before he had time to put in my return info, because when I called uhaul to mention that I forgot to do a mobile return inspection on my phone and that I was again at the location if I could do it and take pictures (I was so exhausted and spaced it and...I've only ever done the mobile thing one other time so it's still new to me), I was told that the shop employee did finalize my return, and that he charged me an extra day as I was 19 minutes over my 4 hours. Which I wasn't. He just didn't put in my information at the time I dropped it off. He didn't say anything about me being late and charging me an extra day, otherwise I would have disputed it. I called uhaul and you guys are always great, and the woman I spoke with took off my extra day charge and it will be refunded, but I will never rent from this location again and do not recommend this location.Justina S.

This was not a location I would choose.. we were told to take it here.. This is just a parking lot beside a quick stop and shop. Wasn't even sure we were at a uhaul location until we saw the key box on the side of the building.DEETE B.

I rented the truck for 1 day/24 hours. As soon as I knew I needed to extend the rental by a few more hours/maybe 1 additional day max, due to a very serious -unforseen-emergency that came about while the truck was in my possession, I contacted them immediately. When I called ans explained my situation, they advised I could keep the truck an extra 24 hours longer, for the daily fee of about $30 more added on, which was fine with me. I ended up only needing the truck an additional 6.5 hours longer past the original drop off date/time. I promptly dropped the truck off 8-16 at about 930 PM as they are open until 12am midnight. They advised they would email me.my final receipt. I didn't receive that email on 9-16 at all. Then today 8-17, upon checking my bank statements, I see multiple charges from Uhaul totalling well over the anticipated charges. I then get a receipt via email at 923AM today 8-17,which charged me incorrectly. It stated that I had the rental vehicle 3 full days, when I had it actually less than 2 full rental periods(48hrs), it stated the drop off time was 922AM 8-17 when it was infact, 932 PM 8-16. So I was erroneously charged an additional aprx $40 including rental and city taxes for a 3rd day when it was returned 6.5 hours barely into the SECOND rental day.MICHELLE H.
I picked up the uhaul is 232 mikes until empty and I returned it with 256 miles on it and they charge me for 3 gallons of gas . I'll never use uhaul again scams.Joseph H.
The truck was very dirty and the front cab smelled like smoke a lot . The back of the truck had dirt through out the back of the truck.Pamela D.

Quick stop liquor store, with people coming in carrying guns and smelling like a bag of marijuana. With all the mix up in the computer from uhaul corporate.. we were in there over 2 hours. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIEDMARK W.
