Homeless living in the backs of several unlocked trucks. Gas is siphoned almost every night according to the rental establishment because they don’t have locking gas caps. I tried to check in with the app but it wasn’t working so I was told to take my own pictures and video…which is a good idea but the app for Uhaul should always be working with the amount of business they do this is clearly unacceptable. Check engine light came on after like an hour because the gas caps was wonky. Windshield washer fluid was empty. Gas gauge wasn’t even accurate. I reserved a truck and trailer for a specific dollar amount then later changed the reservation because I didn’t need a trailer and with advanced notice per the required timeline. I was contacted by Uhaul via text and they didn’t have a trailer at the location I would have needed it and I wouldn’t have had any time to pick it up anyway if I did need it. Upon taking delivery of the rental I was charged nearly the same amount for the truck as I would have paid for the truck AND trailer. I asked the attendant that worked there about it and she had absolutely no idea of anything.This was THE worst rental experience I have ever had. Everyone told me to go with Ryder instead and I should have. Please, rent with someone else. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Uhaul. I’m sure they have a disclaimer in their rental agreement but by the time you go to pick it up it’s too late, they already have you cornered. What a joke.

The clerk opened the back to inspect the trailer and then closed it before we could look inside or smell it. When I got it home I opened it and immediately was taken aback by the smell!!!! It smelled like someone had hauled a bunch of rotted fish!!!! I had to clean and disinfect the entire inside and even after that the smell persisted and seeped into all our stuff we were hauling.

Didn’t talk to anyone. There’s no organization to their stock but thats all good. All together your app is wonderful and the ability to just rent a truck anytime is killer. The location did wonderful and being so hands off was nice

I ordered online to pick up at another location through the app. The location was changed from Lake Stevens, WA to Marysville, WA. I reserved the truck for 7:30am but when I tried the pick up option, the app told me the online option was not available at this location. I waited until the office/gas station opened at 8am and was told there is no online reservation option, only in person. I had people waiting to help me load the truck that I had to pay extra to wait so it went far beyond my budget! An honest company with integrity would offer some compensation for my expenses and misinformation throughout this whole ordeal. CONTRACT # 76020134

I got charged for 75 miles and didnt use that many and was told to take a pic when I picked it up and then returned it for the miles and any not used would be refunded and they didnt give the refund

The truck was all over the freeway way it need to check out I should have paid as much as I did it pulls really bad to the left and has a grinding sound on the front left

The guy that helped us was amazing! Uhaul canceled my order without notice and we did not know until we had showed up to get the truck. We called this location and the man that helped us was so helpful and got us a truck that fit our needs. He truly saved our day and uhaul experience.

I experienced mushy brakes, and the trailer was bent. I have never towed a car before and was not aware of the problem. However now I know why I was seeing the left side more in the mirror than the right side. Not cool.

I was surprised by the age and mileage on the truck. I think a steering wheel cover would be handy to cover up the worn out steering wheel. Or just replace the steering wheel. otherwise the seats were in good condition and it ran good. those chevy express chassis are great with that old vortec motor.

I needed a car dolly on short notice and quick. They got me in and out promptly. The customer service was great, friendly and professional at both pick up and drop off. The car dolly was well built and easy to use, tho it could use some new user stickers for those who are using one for the first time. We got er done. Thank you!
