Very helpful and accommodating
Christie KI received a text giving me the drop off location, and then received another text telling me to call a number once I arrived in town to arrange a drop off location. I called the number and no-one answered... after being on hold for 10 mins, the automated system said that I was being transferred to another call center. After being on hold for another 5 minutes, someone picked up and immediately hung up. I then called the number again and someone again hung up on my after being on hold for another 10 minutes. I then decided to just return the trailer to the original al location that I was given... and, ultimately, the folks at Quick Way Pat were very helpful and friendly (even though I was there approximately 15 minutes after they closed at 4pm). My rating for Quick Way Pat is assuming that they had no relation to the phone numbers that kept hanging up on me.
Matthew HWhen I dropped off the trailer, there was a sign FACE DOWN stating that there was a charge if we did not leave the trailer next to similar trailers. It is only by chance that I picked up the sign. I then had to move the trailer by hand to correctly place it (and not incur a charge). Personnel were not on hand, because it was an after-hours drop off.

JEFFREY NI don’t know how it can be improved. It was great. Par, the U-Haul rep, was so nice, experienced and was very personable. He made it so easy. I was in and out in a few minutes. Great experience.

Daniel KTaking time to help the customer when the truck is not available at the location that you pick that is close to your route. Instead of moving your pickup 2 hours out of the way for pickup so that you can charge customer on the mileage and and move the trucks were U-Haul needs move to location for free.

Robin FI rented their largest U-Haul truck - 26’. When I went to pick it up, I was told that he was sorry that it couldn’t be cleaned before I took the truck. He said he wasn’t able to get to it because the truck was turned in the night before. I told him that was fine and I used the U-Haul appropriately. I was then charged a cleaning fee because it wasn’t cleaned for $25. This is unacceptable.
Brandon CPicking up at this location was a breath of fresh air after previous negative experiences at the other Christiansburg UHaul location ...very helpful and efficient staff.
Brian BNo one was there dropped off the trailer, clean and empty except for the pads and they charge us a cleaning fee. That is unacceptable and unexpected a full refund. I don’t know what they have to clean because inside the trailer was furniture and there was nothing left in the trailer. Furniture is not dirty. It’s wood. It’s hard and it doesn’t let out dust or dirt.
Freddy QI had to drop the trailer off on Sunday and this location was closed. I followed their instructions, put the trailer in the right place. Yet, I was charged $22. That is so unfair. I have pictures to prove that I did everything right. I'm going to talk to a lawyer.

Dominique PThere was no cruise control, and the air conditioner couldn't keep ip. I also thought I had scheduled a one way trip to learn that it wasnt. They could not help me get it switch so the cost of the truck doubled. From a little over $300 to $600 when i had to return it back to the site i got it from. I will not be using Uhaul for business or personal use again. I will schedule else where regardless of the price difference. The experience was simply just terrible on the customer service end in the unwillingness to help fix the problem to save the customer.
Michael SMy only gripe is that I reserved a furniture dolly and hand truck and neither were available at this location at pickup.

Rhonda SAnother company had cancelled on me the evening before I was to pick a truck. THANKFULLY, I was able to make a reservation online, last minute, to pick up a truck at this location the next morning! Guy was super nice and easy going!

WILLIAM SWhen I picked up the truck it had a quarter tank of gas. Engine missed several times when driving. Engine light stayed on. It was obvious these vehicles are not mechanically maintained.

David SThey say one price but your bill says something totally different. The air conditioner did not work the driver's side windshield wiper didn't work and something going on with transmission. I so upset about that price no discount at all for all those things wrong.

Robert BThere was absolutely zero A/C in that truck, and it was mid eighties outside. The truck itself was so hot, and not having actual A/C was bad. It blew air, but it only blew stagnant/hot air. Additionally, I was under the impression the truck would come with a ramp for the Dolley but it did not.

Thomas ZThe UHaul Android app gave me some bad experiences while returning the truck. Even after uploading the odometer reading once, the app told me return complete but the truck status was still showing Active. After applying the instructions of return multiple times, the issue resolved.
