have someone available to hitch up the trailer, and attach the lights and safety chains. trailer was to heavy to lift alone and the was no jack stand or trailer dolly. no light harness. had to drive to another local uhaul to get light harness.

Make sure WiFi works, and it would have been nice to have a closer drop off location. We went over our free 30 miles returning it to the store.

The person who we dealt with at this location was no knowledgeable about her job and she signed us up for insurance after we specifically specified NOT to. So we got an extra $14 charge for that and also didn’t tell us how much gas to fill it up on the paperwork.

I found the tank of this truck with 1/8 of gas. I reported right away to the guy who gave me the keys he told me to take pictures and when i get back will get this fix for you. When i came back he wrote a note about it but next day i found an email that doesn't show any credit for the gas that i put when i left the store. Only show that i returned thentruck with the half tank policy.

There were ants all through the cab of the truck Lady checking in was rude and kept taking other customers in the middle of our transaction And no dolly even though it was ordered had to go to another location and waited 2 hours in line and finally left

It is a gas station. The clerk Lupita tried to assist me a lot but apparently she wasn't the employee from U Haul so had to do everything over the phone with the actual employee. No one helped me to hook up the trailer or make sure it was safe. This is my first trailer rental so it was frustrating. I went to pick up during my lunch hour from work so I couldn't come back later or wait for an employee to be there, even though that was never offered

There was much confusion at the pick up location beginning with the phone call to confirm, which required a direct call to Uhaul to confirm. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we were told we were supposed to have been relocated because they were "having computer problems." It took nearly 1/2 hour to get things straightened out.

They do not provide any assistance or direction in the proper operation or use of the equipment . . I was handed a key and told the truck was in the back. The fuel level information on the contract was incorrect . . I was told "Don't worry about it, just take a picture of the fuel gauge."

I used my iPhone to rent and pickup and return the van. It was a great experience. Convenient location for me, didn’t have to drive across town to rent it. Mileage ads up fast, so the closer the better.

We had to wait about an hour to get the code from UHaul because someone drop the truck off after hours in the keys were locked in the back. Other than that, everything was great!

The trailer used did not have a jack on it so it was laying on the ground. The person working told us to “ask some strangers to help pick it up”. Very unsafe and unprofessional. Also there was no safety check as was described in the email confirmation. They just said take a picture of it attached. Never said what to do with said picture.

Got charged for extra miles that I did not drive. Clerk said that he cannot change the miles, and told me to call uhaul. I took pictures of the mileage of the van before and after. Although the clerk agree with me, there was nothing he could do. Got charged an additional 12 miles. I will never do business with a shady company such as uhaul.

Have better instructions as to exactly where truck should be parked. Basically, more signs but the person who took my key, Angie, was VERY helpful. ??

The truck's check engine light was on when we picked it up, an agent was topping off engine fluids after our equipment pick-up time, holding us up, and it was a gas station and didn't have a dedicated U-Haul service area, which increased the wait behind cigarettes and lotto tickets.

Even though the drop off went well everything that went wrong prior has ensured the fact you lost a loyal customer. With everything happening in the beginning with all the running around just to pick up your truck and trailer and having to go back because the lights didn't work..to my time being wasted sitting on hold for 10 minutes just to speak to no one.

Was told it was open on Sunday’s. Guy working made a huge deal about it and almost didn’t let us rent it. The truck wasn’t cleaned out. And then returning the truck was absolutely the worst experience I have had. I will NEVER go back to that location and may never use U-Haul again. It wasn’t a good experience what so ever.
