Gracialla S | Overall ExperienceThe floor is dirty, we have not moved anything into it yet. Also there is a good sized black plastic container of poison in my corner unit! I tried to call on it today but my call would have been rerouted at this hour. I do not want poison in my unit!!
SUSAN J | First ImpressionsOwner was short staffed when I moved in. He was not professional and a touch rude. Conversely, I was rude back. In the end, he apologized, and I did too. He gave me a lock he had laying around so I thought he smoothed it over well. Monthly rent for the unit is extremely high for an outside unit, however. I also rent another unit in Idaho Falls. They are very accommodating, professional, and are very reasonable in terms of monthly rates.
