Our uhaul truck was not cleaned, there was food and ants in it. We later found a bunch of broken glass. Our pick up location was changed on us last minute, after we already confirmed 24 hours out. We were told everything was available but upon arrival, there was no furniture dollys!Drew H.

When I got to the drop off facility I waited 30 minutes before I found a mechanic down inside of a boat. He said he didn't time to check me in and to just leave the key with him. It was a small facility and overly crowded. there was not adequate space for Uhaul trucks and trailers. Definitely would not recommend renting larger trucks at this facility due to the limited space and manuverability for pulling in and out of the location on the very busy Hwy 19.Gaylan S.

Let me pick it up where I originally ordered the U-Haul. Not at this place where I waited a half hour because they opened up late. Have my furniture pads that I ordered. So I had some scratch furniture. Gentleman told me this is just a drop off place don't know what that meant. The product was not displayed very well, I almost drove past it. There were no signage to confirm Uhauls were rented there, it was only the visual of the trailer I rented that alerted me. The lot the trailer was parked on was unkempt and badly needed grooming.Sandy W.

Car dolly was in disrepair and couldn't be used. Woman at location started droning on about how much trouble it was to get it out and everything. Didn't agree to issue refund and just said she was waiting on her manager to call her back about it. Filed a dispute with 1-800-GOUHAUL.William C.

Spent better part of 45 minutes to completely fill out all paperwork online and when retailer tried to access, it was all messed up. Required 30 minutes to refill out all information. Your interface sucks. If I had known it would not forward to the local vendor, I could have saved myself those wasted 45 minutes.Tim H.

I had communications issues throughout my move, never received calls to confirm pickup location. The truck I picked up was parked behind a boat in a back lot, and had 1/8 less gas than stated, and I had to fill up immediately. I reported it to the 800#.Reece N.

It took an hour and a half to get euipment due to computor issues had to input threw another site over the phone was overcharged did not want insurance couldnt remove since not at that site ... didnt have enough blankets had to go to different site to get them ... car tow dolley had tire tread come off while driving on I95 had to get tire replaced another hour and a half made for much longer trip from florida to virginia .KURT G.

Actually have tow ball on the back of the van I rented. I called a day ahead to verify all vans had tow balls on them and of course the one I rented did not! I was not able to find another van that had towing ability due to time constraints. Very dissapointed in Uhaul. It made my move that much harder as I was not able to tow my trailer. For those who need a pick up or van with towing ability do not call customer service as they have no idea what their vehicles have. Make arrangements with the location you want to rent from.APRIL D.

I dropped off the trailer on Sunday (7/26) as I was instructed. Store location is closed on Sundays. I spoke with both stores on Monday 7/27 about this situation, only to discover I had been charged for 3 days vs. 1 day. I feel that the Raider location is over charging me and this needs to be addressed and a REFUND is in order. I am a disabled veteran and know I was mislead by this store manager now that I hear from both stores. I would for someone to contact me concerning this OVER CHARGE. Thanks youDAVID N.
