Susanne and Brett were great. The reservation was made online a week before the truck was needed. A couple of days before I picked the truck up, I was permitted to examine the truck to ensure that the straps that I was going to use would work. The truck was ready for me the day I made the reservation for. The truck was clean and in good condition. Zero mechanical issues. I will definitely use BBT again in the future.

This is a family owned business and this is the second time going here. I almost did not come back due to the negative first interaction. I decided it would be ok because I did everything through the app. Wrong the second interaction was worse than the first. They are condescending we they talk to customers and told me just because I set things up in the does not mean anything. The could have politely said there is just some more to go over. When I was finally leave another customer was dropping off a trailer when was felled at by the owner on how they are not taking anymore trailers. When confronted about how it was in the contract the owner said he does not care contact U-Haul and take it somewhere else. I will be telling everyone to take the extra five minutes and go to another center.
Daniel LI returned the trailer after hours there was no clear signage as to where to return rental equipment. I placed it in a location of my choosing. It all worked out with no issues. You should have an NA option for personnel in the event that it's a location where I you return equipment after hours and there's nobody available. the only reason I said the personnel were not helpful because I did not have or need any interaction with location personnel.
