I had a block for no reason when trying to book so that killed like 20 minutes of renting a truck…the fact that four days was a mandatory rental when I just needed it for a day is wild such a waist of money

They were personable and professional. I explain how I felt that the previous place overcharged me. The ownere made sure we were clear about my estimated cost and final cost. Ronnie WPickup was scheduled for 9am. When we arrived at 9, the individual in charge of the U-haul could not be contacted by phone. We sat there until 9:45 while the people inside the store tried to contact them and we contacted U-haul for support. Finally at 9:45 they were able to contact the person and we got access to the truck. This was a huge inconvenience to our moving day and set us back.
Haley LExtremely hard to return a truck here. The attendants there were no help and the app gave us an extremely hard time when trying to return. We spent an hour just waiting for the app to load the photos, only to reject over half of them several times.

Darren mI had a great experience here. The sales rep was awesome. Plus there were plenty of trucks which is rare at a lot of locations during the weekend. This location also made upgrading available if I needed to and gave me everything that I needed to move my furniture. Plus the drop off box made turning in the truck after hours easy.

Jacinda DNow that I’ve been here, I’m only going to them if I need another Uhaul, no matter the distance. The customer service was beyond amazing. I came in without a reservation and he still made a way for me to be able to use a truck with very little availability. I was a little late turning it in but he still worked with me and made sure I was taken care of, they are truly a blessing !
