Jacinda DNow that I’ve been here, I’m only going to them if I need another Uhaul, no matter the distance. The customer service was beyond amazing. I came in without a reservation and he still made a way for me to be able to use a truck with very little availability. I was a little late turning it in but he still worked with me and made sure I was taken care of, they are truly a blessing !

LIZ AProfessionalism, large selection to choose from. Very nice personality, gives you the feeling that he is a people person. I would create a ramp for the 10ft truck at least to help with some with disabilities. That would be a big improvement to that fleet of trucks. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again.

Angela LWhen you first pull up there's no big sign saying U-Haul, just a small lot with about 15 trucks. As you enter the store and say I'm here to pick-up my truck you are greeted with a smile and handshake, you won't have to wait in line for 15 minutes or longer or worry about your truck being giving away to someone else. The trucks are clean and gassed up I highly recommend this location if you need a truck. Customer service is outstanding.

darin kBrooks at the store was very polite and professional. The only thing they can do better is to have a system in place for customers wanting to rent a haul because it is setup in a store setting. Other than that, everything was very good.
