Had a great experience renting a U-Haul from Rainbow Food Store! Brook was able to handle a minor inconvenience we had with quickness and ease. He was very kind to us, as well!

LIZ AProfessionalism, large selection to choose from. Very nice personality, gives you the feeling that he is a people person. I would create a ramp for the 10ft truck at least to help with some with disabilities. That would be a big improvement to that fleet of trucks. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again.

Angela LWhen you first pull up there's no big sign saying U-Haul, just a small lot with about 15 trucks. As you enter the store and say I'm here to pick-up my truck you are greeted with a smile and handshake, you won't have to wait in line for 15 minutes or longer or worry about your truck being giving away to someone else. The trucks are clean and gassed up I highly recommend this location if you need a truck. Customer service is outstanding.

darin kBrooks at the store was very polite and professional. The only thing they can do better is to have a system in place for customers wanting to rent a haul because it is setup in a store setting. Other than that, everything was very good.

Dan SThe truck ordered did not have workibg tail lights. I had to return the vehicle. That was the only one operable. I had to get a smaller 10ft then return the next day ( my husband’s birthday) for a 15ft truck. The reservation service manager, Brianna, hung up the phone on me after stating that the truck was overdue 22hrs. I tried to explain that i ud what Victor, the area manager said. ( which was ro return the 10ft vehicle and start a bew agreemant for the 15ft. Victim or and all managers were off on Supervowl Sunday when I was still movibg because ofuhauls faulty equipment. This was the worst experience i’ve rver had with u haul. By the way. The other agents who helped aling the way were awesome! How will I be made whole)?

I returned a vehicle to this location about a year ago and was happy when I realized it was an option for me to pick up a vehicle. I would highly recommend this location and would use this location again in the future if I had the need.

lamarr oThe reservation was messed up despite me printing out the confirmation emailing confirming my pick up at rainbow convenience store. The right blinker did no function in the truck as well and I let the drop off u haul location know.
