Pick up went fine. The gentleman was very helpful and easy to deal with. When we returned the vehicle, I called ahead of time to confirm how they preferred we return it - I remember the guy who rented us the truck saying we needed to return it during their open hours. I was handed off to a younger man who was rude and dismissed all my concerns. We felt it would be best to return the vehicle during open hours just to make sure everything was processed properly. When my husband returned the truck, the younger man wanted to charge us over $800 for a rental we booked for around $240. My husband said that something was wrong. The man rudely turned the computer screen to him and said something like the computer isn't wrong, My husband said he didn't care what the computer said, that the total was wrong. The man rudely said, "do you have your paperwork?!" Luckily my husband did. After some huffing and puffing the man entered things correctly and we were only charged what we agreed to pay at the time we rented the truck. All in all, not a good experience.Martin A.
The agent that rented us the truck quoted me $1.39 per mile of use. When I received my charge it was billed at $1.59 per mile. I called the rental location and voiced my complaint I was told that the original agent was wrong and the charge I received was , in fact, the correct charge. However they were professional and nice But you guys need to get on the same page!HENRY H.

The truck was excellent! It was driven across country, Oregon to Maine in 6 days, no problems whatsoever. Price was great, far better than having someone else do the moving. I was very surprised at how much stuff you can actually get in a 20ft truck.Katharine S.
Had rented a 15 to 16 ft uhaul and it was filled it's water in the moms attic. No Beuno on a trip from so Oregon to Colorado. Got transferred and had to drive the Old 167k uhaul to the other place and got a 6702 New uhaul that was awesome for this Torrid trip through the fist huge snow storm from Nevada through Utah and Wyoming on I80 . The great new rig had awesome Michelin mud and snow tires which we never slipped or slid once in the almost 1450 mile journey. Several crashes of semis and idiots on the road in the storm and we had NO problems other that 2 Rock chips from trucks throwing rocks up and heavy ice build up on the front end and windshield. We had purchased fully coverage knowing we could encounter horrible conditions and it was a true blessing to have to exchange the older rig for a newer one with Great tires. Once done with the trip to Colorado Springs told them of the rock chips and there was NO issues. Great experience other than Horrible white knuckle drive from windover Utah to Cheyenne Wyomingâ€¦Melinda V.

The floor of the bed of the truck was quite dirty. Additionally, the rental reservation was terrible. We had to return the rental quite early in the morning and was unable to complete the moving process as we had hoped. UnsatisfactoryCHRISTOPHER G.

Custome Service rep needs to work on customer relation skills. My truck wasn't there, I had to use the local truck that they had available. The truck was dirty, the dashboard lights were inop, the dash ABS warning illuminated on and off during the trip.Timothy H.

No one checked the vehicle before they checked it out to us. The inside was filthy and we had to scrub the inside. The vehicle smelt like cigarette smoke, there was cigarette ashes in the door panel, The floor was covered in dirt, leaves, food.Christopher J.
First of all I was charged for a dolly that the employee did not put in my truck. I asked him to refund it and he said it was out of his hands. Then I was charged for tax and when I booked it didn't show tax. So I will never go here again.Irma M.

Absolute no Covid protocols, no mask, asked him to wear one, he said I can't I have COPD. First, if that was true he would be wearing two masks. If he did there is no problem with a face shield. Simple ignorancePeter S.

Process was very slow to rent the truck, and the person didn't seem to have answers I was looking for. Asked if I could add miles and that confused them, made it very difficult to try to get what I needed. Took about a half hour to get the rental. He also kept answering the phone and talking to people mid process - when there were other people there who could have handled that.Trevor E.
