The person at the location is a car mechanic. He has no time for the UHAUL customers. He says, he has work to do. His name is Scott. He says get out from the shop. If they have no time for the uhaul Customers, then agency should be canceled. Plz give me a call if required at 5416311075.

Make sure that the drop off location can accept large vehicles (Motorhomes). The one that we were sent to was an old gas station with no room for our Motorhome to pull in and drop off a tow dolly. We had to look for another U-haul location that could accomodate us.

out his way to help me. Your program was so terrible that i couldn't rent a tow dolly after trying online myself for hours, have your representative try REPEATEDLY, this failure forced me to rent a large truck at a higher cost and use my own trailer. Your new system has too many flaws to reccomend to my friends.

I am disappointed, that my rental time was changed to 9:00 am and a different location. I had specifically chosen that location for the early 7:00 am pick up. With my reserving the trailer early, I believe the trailer should have been moved to the location for earlier pick up. Casey was very helpful and friendly.

Truck interior dirty and wet from rain getting into truck from open window...seemed like a location in a zombie movie...needs major attitude correction

I rated the location as average only because with the new changes to the highway you now cannot access them from the north. You have to go to the light to the south and either make a U-turn or if your vehicle is larger you have to make a few turns to come back to the highway to get to their business. Not their fault just new design of the highway.

This location would be quick, except only one staff is trained to do the final U-Haul paperwork and their hours limited. I would recommend the 24/7 mobile check-in and using their key box.

Just a hole in the wall. The only thing to identify it was UHaul was some signs. Then when I got there to drop off the car trailer, there was no one there that worked for UHaul. They have a marine company there, but a guy did come out and take it off and help me get it off. Happy for that. They were nice folks.

Perhaps write which business is in charge of the uhaul at where the uhaul equipment is located. There are several businesses in the same spot and it was somewhat confusing to figure out which business was the correct one. Beyond that everything was in great order, Caleb was very helpful and courteous, and I would pick this location above others in the future.

The attendant at this location had absolutely no idea what he was doing and it took over 40 minutes to simply rent the truck. I returned it instead of using it for the 10 days that was originally needed in three hours and I was charged $29 per day and an additional charge per mileage which was not part of the original contract. Earlier in the day I had booked a reservation for the 15 foot truck and trailer at the rogue city U-Haul location and was later told that they had rented out my equipment before I arrived. The location was great but the online process was horrible. I came to pick up my van after hours. There was little light in the parking lot. I was refused service because I looked intoxicated. This put a huge dent in my schedule as I needed it early the next morning. When I was refused service online they didnt give me a reason why. Just because it was dark and i wasnt smiling is no reason to think I was intoxicated. Very frustrated and disappointed in that process.

The front counter staff was impolite, and not helpful. I had selected to pick my uhaul up elsewhere but was told I had to go here, which accrued extra mileage on my trip, and I did not receive compensation.

Awful customer service. The employee working with us took 45 minutes to figure out how to process our reservation, gave us incorrect information regarding the equipment, and was generally incompetent with the U-haul system. Definitely bad for business. Suggestion: figure out your job before helping customers... not in front of customers.

Worst customer service ever! Randy actually told my husband to F**k off. These were his exact words! He also said to get the F**k out. There were two other employees that witnessed this exchange. One actually told Randy to stop. This occurred because we turned in the U-Haul and was told there was an additional $23 gas charge. When my husband questioned it and said we had left gas above the mark we were told to leave, he said nobody questions it and it was just $23 and to pay it. They were wanting to charge $9 a gallon so we said the contract clearly states $4.50 a gallon. Randy said they can charge what they want. We offered to drive it a half block up the street and put gas in for 2.59 a gallon and he said no or he would charge us mileage. We could use it for two days and put on 200 miles. We turned it in a day early with 170 miles. Randy was just belligerent and very rude. If you are feeling the need for terrible service, over charges, and verbal abuse, make this your first stop. If you want good service and to be treated nicely, stay away from this location!! Seriously go anywhere else!

Did not appreciate being re-routed from the UHaul Center of our choice to a jack-leg operation that did not even post hours and provided no direct phone number. Got there 5PM after 3 days of heavy packing to find the guy leaving for the day. My wife was frantic as we had vacated our lodging and needed to get on the road. He was rude to her and walked away, planning to let us sit in the dark without the equipment we had paid for. Luckily he changed his mind and allowed me to load our truck on the trailer that was there because we rented it: I set it up myself, with no assistance. Very poor service. They should not be representing UHaul.

The truck smelled like weed probably not much can be done. The truck was backed up to a fence so close that I could barely get through to inspect the truck and I'm a small framed person. When I did I stepped in dog crap. Not very friendly or welcoming.

Make sure that a truck is available where you tell the customer discount more if you want the truck dropped off at different loaction that is 25 or more miles out of the way call in advance and not at a time 6 or 8 hrs after pickup
